It appeared that staff members were generally unmotivated to be present, to put it frankly. Obtaining a snorkel proved unnecessarily difficult, as staff were reluctant to permit outings after 4:00 p.m., preferring to leave promptly at 5:00 p.m. Friendliness was primarily displayed upon arrival and departure, which was somewhat unusual.
Regarding the food — if it were not for the Japanese restaurant, we might have gone hungry. The offerings in the main restaurant appeared pre-prepared and of poor quality, with very limited variety. This was particularly disappointing given the $180 cost of the meal plan.
