Kelly and Bryan always make my carpets and my couch look brand new. They work diligently to remove stains and make sure the job is done well. They are both very pleasant and I really appreciate the work that they do. I highly recommend this company.

Kelly and Bryan did a fantastic job (again)! They are professional and personable and I would feel comfortable having them in my home and happy to recommend them --their work is wonderful and I have been extremely pleased with them over the years including today! Susan is also wonderful on the phone and always confirms the appointment- I love that!

Have been experiencing a carpet cleanliness problem due to an old dog who is forgetting to go outside. Additionally I am somewhat handicapped and have difficulty moving things. Called Best Way based on other recommendations. Could not be more pleased with the results. Brian and Kelly did a wonderful job and the carpet looks great. They listened to what I needed and left the furniture etc exactly as I requested to make it easier for me to put back in place.
Thank you guys. I will not use any other company going forward.

I've used Best Way Carpet Cleaning for several years now, and am always impressed with the quality of their work. Particularly in the new COVID environment, they made contactless cleaning easy! I was able to get on the schedule within the same week, they showed up exactly when they said they would (wearing masks, of course) and I was able to let them in, get out of the way, and do contactless invoice payment once they were finished. The carpets and area rugs all look fantastic.

These guys were great!! Super friendly and knowledgeable - even took the time to put down towels to keep the floors clean from wet boots as it was raining. I’ve had so many service people in my home over the years who never bother taking their shoes off or caring about that. My couch was in rough shape from years with young kids. In less than 30 minutes it was looking brand new! No chemicals or unsafe products - dried quickly and looks amazing. Worth every penny. They were even friendly with my kids and chatted about Star Wars :-) I would definitely recommend Best Way!

Best Way Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job of making the older carpets in our rental space look terrific. There were a few spots and stains I thought they would have trouble eliminating, but they are gone. Brian and Kelly were very helpful and kind, should I need anymore cleaning done I would request them.

Kelly and Bryan did a great job cleaning two light colored carpets with lots of tea, coffee and ash from the fireplace stains. The carpets look like new, the cleaning solutions are oderless and they wore masks. I won't go anywhere else for my carpets to be cleaned. I have called on Best Way for about 5 years now and find them great.
