It was such a shame that we attended Mandeville Vets for the first and last time for our beautiful 22 year old kitty. Sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep and having only recently registered at Mandeville, the helpfulness, professionalism and compassion we were shown from the first phone call to the moment she was asleep was first class. Dr Sam Green was so gentle, caring and fully understanding of our pain and made sure to explain everything that was happening and the next steps. A week later, I had a call to collect our girl and everything was as perfect as arranged. A handwritten card sent to our home with their condolences was the icing on the cake and I could not recommend this practice enough. Thank you all so much for making the hardest choice we’ve ever made so easy to deal with.

Alosno and Mandeville team I can’t thank you enough for taking care of my little rabbit Snowy who had CT scan and dental procedure done recently. I was very worried about him but he is doing very very well and eating fine.Thank you once again for your outstanding care.

Outstanding care for our wonderful cat Snowy, aged 19. Sadly, it was not possible to do anything for her lung cancer and associated problems. We want to thank everyone at the Hospital for their marvellous care and making it possible for Snowy to die peacefully in my arms.

We lost our beloved Golden Retriever, Candy, yesterday, but throughout her time with us, we called on the services of Alonso and his wonderful amazing team on several occasions. She lost her right eye through cancer in 2020, and she lost her fight with a further tumour yesterday, but each and every time she went to see them, her tail was wagging as she walked through the door. The nurses and the vets are all amazing, and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything they did, not only Candy, but for us as a family.

The vets were unable to identify that the vomiting was caused by fur balls, and they were unable to give me any advise into how to get my cat back into his usual raw diet. Instead I was advised to feed him commercial cat food (after the compliment of how good his fur was and how clean his teeth were). So I was not given any additional information that I couldn't find on Google.
The renovation was being done during the times of the opening which did not provide peaceful environment for the cat.
The vet and the staff were friendly tho, and I was able to get an appointment relatively fast. However it would be good if the vets were more informed about holistic care.

Took my poorly dog in for the second time in a week because he wasn't eating. The vet Ellie suggested I pay £1,000 for a blood test and a sleepover. I was absolutely disgusted at the way she tried to sell me a night in northolts finest all for a simple blood test. I asked how much a blood test costs, she said £150. Why wouldn't you offer that to begin with I asked ? she was lost for words.
Stay away from these vets who just want to access your insurance policy and then change their tone once they realise they are not getting a sale for their directors to be pleased with. insurance companies are getting fleeced by these type of vets.
Its a real problem.
