My experience was not good.
I called first stating that my cat damaged her tail and I explained that I probably wouldn't be afford a expensive treatment. I was advised on the call that the consultation was going to cost me some money but the treatment could be done via a charity.
I booked the appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. The appointment was delayed for 15 min, but that's understandable, the thing is that no one told me "take a seat, your appointment will delay a bit, apologies".
Tha doctor, young lady, very straight forward, saw my cat and told me that it would cost me a few thousand pounds to try to fix the tail or a thousand pound to remove it.
I asked about the charity, as I thought they would do some kind of referral and I was told "we are a private hospital".
Fair, I understand, the only issue was, the information given over the phone wasn't clear and I think that, being private, and professionals, they should at least explain better about the charities and that they don't have nothing to do with them, they only give you a print out of the ones available.
I think that I was also innocent and stupid, anyway, what can I do.
So the reason I am writing this review is not to tell if they are good or bad on what they do because I don't know, but it is just to make people aware, especially the working class (stuck on the "work to survive without benefits" mode), that this is not the right place to go, don't waist your time calling or going there, unless you have a few spare thousands.
Go straight to for a charity, search for one and hopefully you will get the support you need if you can't afford.
