OUR beautiful white angel passed away at this hospital! PLS AVOID THIS VET AT ALL COSTS , THEY CANT DIAGNOSE PROPERLY EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORANT. IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR PETS BRING THEM HERE!

My beloved Teddy was with Goddard for nearly 5 years. I trusted these unprofessionals .
In the last two months, I took my baby there so many times to get her checked and paid nearly £500 on just one occasion for blood tests !
On 19/09/2, youdide blood tests again with a scan, which referring back to your results show that all came normal. (Paid another one thousand three hundred )
In theseyears, they did not diagnose my dog (which the post mortem has confirmed that she had CHRONIC HEART CONDITION)
On 19/09/23 we took Teddy in at night because she was whimpering and crying they said they will check her entirely, we left Teddy there at night after 2 hours they called and said my dog has passed away.
PLS AVOID AT ALLL COSTS DO NOT BRING YOIR FUR BABIES TO ANY OF THE GODDARD BRANCHES HOW DID THEY NOT PICK UP MY DOGS HEART CONDITION I HAVE GOTTEN THREE OTHER VET OPINIONS AND ALL HAVE SAID THAT THIS WAS NOTHING NEW AND COULD HAVE NOT BEEN MISSED !!
DR KRYSTYNA ZAYTSEVA SHAME ON YOU . I brought my dog you checked and said her heart is fine, although we told you clearly that she is breathless and panting and crying in pain!!!!!!!
How could you guys miss something this important ! People wake up and realise this vet is not reliable.
After reading all the reviews, old and new , I am more confident that this practice is an utter failure .

⚠️ Goddard Veterinary Group had over £10,000 from me for mammary cancer surgery for my baby girl Lola, an intelligent and strong bully girl who fought hard to stay with me, and I her. I was rejected from my insurance, and Goddard refused to help in any way, so I had to use my savings, and put about £6,000 on my credit cards, in trying to save her.
A few weeks later, their tactless and callously abusive vet who in the same sentence as was telling me my girl wouldn't make it from a uterine infection that had occurred due to her low immune system recovering from surgery, also stated it was, and I quote, "my fault she was dead, for not getting her fixed;" they're a disgustingly cold and money hungry practise, and they all should be deeply ashamed to work for such a company.
They have spent countless hours and resources squeezing me for the debt over the last few years, never once offering any help with the situation.
They have now sent me to collections on the final few hundred, after I asked them to clarify my remaining amounts.
I advise everyone I know and meet with pets not to use their services unless absolutely necessary, as they are only concerned about the money, and i feel treatment is often substandard (see other reviews online to corroborate these observations).
There are many other veterinary practices and emergency vet hospitals out there who will actually value you and your beloved friends, you have been warned.. ⚠️

Optometrist Sally believes she is Gods gift as her skill set is sparse.
She will make absolutely no effort to see your pet.
Arrogant awful so called human being.
Steer clear of Goddard and any referrals to Mandeville hospital - particularly Sally X, Optometrist with narcissistic "God-complex"!!

Went here with my dog , and after 2 days, they did give me my dog back, still very ill, and charge me 3000£ this is crazy, shame on you, you are bad people!! When I went to pick up my ill dog ONLY THEY BEEN WORRY ABOUT IS 3000£ !!! THEY DID LOCK DOR BEHIND ME!! DONT TELL YOU NOTHING ABOUT YOUR DOG! DONT SUPPORT YOU!!! ONLY WHAT THIS UGLY PEOPLE IS NEED MONEY MONEY MONEY!!! WILL NOT RECOMEND USING THIS KILLING PET PLACE!!!!

Thank you for the best treatment for my dog Ben. As an emergency appointment you booked usbin very quickly. Very appreciated. Ben is a nervous patient, but he felt sooo comfortable with the whole experience. Even though he was in so much pain, you made him so happy that the painful hanging off dew claw was removed quick and fuss free. He is now snoozing the day away. All of the staff treated us with reapect and they ALL cared about the animals. The fees are very reasonable and I will be staying with this surgery for Ben and HIGHLY recommended to everyone. Thank you for being amazing.
