AVOID !! AVOID!!
PRETTY GUTTED WITH EMERGENCY service at Goddard. The after hours service is ABYSSMAL!! We had to say goodbye to our fur baby due to their negligence and reckless attitude. The explanation the staff give is vague and lame, totally unacceptable. We have been using Goddard for several years NOT anymore.
You will lose your reputation and clients if your emergency team is this bad!

We were referred to Mandeville for specialist eye care for my 8 year-old dog. Dr. Sally Turner is a true national expert in this field and offered patient, careful diagnosis and care for our boy. She communicated thoroughly with our GP vet, offering photos and notes so we could track his progress after a "debridement." She's a true educator too, teaching young vets and pet owners like me in the nature of our pet's problem and what to expect moving forward. I cannot praise Dr. Turner or her support staff enough. Great job, Mandeville and deep thanks, Dr. Turner.

I have just registered my pet with Goddard Veterinary Group- Mandeville Road. We had the most amazing warm and friendly welcome, and it was clear from first impressions that every staff member there have a genuine love for animals. They were also very reasonable with their prices.

If anyone cares enough for their pets , they would avoid this practice at all costs . Trust me you don’t want to lose your pets . They are extremely unprofessional and their dr’s don’t have NEEDED experience. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS HERE IN THEIR CARE AND LEAVE
