Out of hours service is utterly disgusting.
Was told my 12yo dog with haemorrhagic diarrhea (7 tries in 2 hours) who has a blocked gall bladder wasn't a "real emergency" and that they wouldn't see me because I wasn't registered with them!
Thanks Debbie, so sorry for getting you out of bed. I'll bring you a real emergency next time.

Have been with Goddard's about 10 years, they have always been kind, professional and supportive. They make you feel included in your pets care. When my beloved cat passed very unexpectedly they made sure the process was as easy and stress free as possible. Highly recommend.
