***BEWARE** Our second Pet caught COVID from this VETS!!! If you want your pet to get ill and pass away go ahead. These vets are the Tesco of the industry and have no care or thought into the welfare of your Pet / family member. Everything is guess work and "Ums" and " "Ahh" "could be", We gave the correct diagnosis upon first visit out of 3.. to be told on the third visit it is what we first suggested but by that time you've spent £600. Goddards is a money making scam show of Vets of the lowest practice. I'm writing this as we've had enough of this nasty dark place. Also look into ashes, the ashes of your pet are mixed with others yet they charge you ££. Stay Clear of Goddards go to a local family or private vet who actually wants to help.

The vet are not really geared up to handle emergencies. We arrived with our cat on our allotted time and team were overwhelmed by existing cases. The person behind reception who was fairly abrupt indicated we may have to wait an extra hour. It would have better if the vet let us know before we set off.

Called them about the c4 scheme about 2 months ago was told to register online Once I registered I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours via phone to make appointment 4 weeks later I call them back as the kitten is getting older for them to tell me they don’t offer it anymore I then had to book another appointment that I was going to pay for myself After another week I find out I now have to reschedule again due to a bank holiday and the next appointment is another week and half away For this absolute mess they have given me no option but to go elsewhere Would not recommend it’s almost like they want my kittens have to kittens
