I have been trying to get someone out to install a cap for me for 6 weeks as I am closing on the selling of this house.. I've been jerked around by almost everyone in town and I finally called these guys.. not only did they get out here the same day. Just had our chimney repaired what a Great Job!! Our house was built in 1952 and was having issues with the chimney! Other companies would just bubble gum the chimney and we were never happy with the results!! We had Felgemacher fix it and now it looks like new!! Pat and Matt were punctual and professional. The experience was very informative as we were taught the basics of chimney construction, function and disfunction. Findings were laid out. Options were discussed and we never felt like we were getting a hard sell or an upsell. We were allowed to make an informed decision on repairs. I will absolutely use them for our next chimney care project.

The work done on the chimney itself was well done. The workers were pleasant and quick. We are very happy with that part. The only issue we had is that when they put our grill back to its original location, they bent the leg, which essentially had ruined it. This is an expensive gas/ charcoal combo grill with smoke box that cost almost $300 that has been broken and I'm extremely upset about and would like something done about.

The workers are courteous and the workmanship is good. The only thing is the company suppose to call me a week ahead to let me know when the work will begin, but they call me on Friday morning to let me know the workers will show up in that afternoon. Good thing I was home at that time.

You do not always get a company that the person providing the estimate actually does the work. This company is responsive and "walks the talk". I am highly recommending this company to someone looking for a good value and dealing with "good people".
