We booked our dog in to see the vet as for various reasons, he needed a general health check. All went fine.
A few days later we needed the name of the vet for insurance purposes. Phoned Goddards to confirm, only for the receptionist to say 'oh, well you didn't see a vet, you saw a nurse'.
My issue here is that if you are told you are seeing a vet, and pay for a vets appointment, you should see a vet. Misleading customers is unacceptable, and I am unclear if a nurse has the appropriate experience and knowledge - certainly they do not have the training of a vet.
The nurse was fine, and we have previously had good experiences at Goddards, but I do not appreciate being mislead.
