Very professional veterinary, I have been in few vets but this one is definitely the best I ever been with my dog, the staff very friendly and professional knows what they are doing & they are very attentive.

My dog sadly passed away recently. We were able to call and the service over the phone and in person was amazing. They even were thoughtful enough to send a sympathy card to our address and we wasn't existing customers of them before.

My precious old boy was very happy after his visit to Wanstead Vets ❤️ The lovely vet Iona was very gentle with him during his examination and blood test (he has arthritis). He stayed in the cat friendly hospital area for some monitoring through out the day and came home completely calm and ready for dinner. Thank you

Goddard Wanstead is undoubtedly the best vet hospital in London. The staffs are so friendly, their medical facilities are top-notch with state-of-the-art equipment, and most importantly, they have amazing doctors and nurses. The waiting time is minimal and they treat animals as if they are their own pets. Bosco had parvovirus within days of we brought him, we had a very slim hope that he would make it, but thanks to these wonderful doctors and nurses, he is fit and fine. Goddard's emergency team is amazing as well. Staying somewhere in East London, I prefer Goddard Wanstead over any other vets around my house.
We also recommend Goddard to all of our friends and family for their vet as it is very easily accessible, and they have their own free parking as well.
Another added advantage is their communication with the insurance team which is absolutely seamless.
Thanks to Goddard's team, I feel absolutely safe with Bosco in times of need. They are no less than FAMILY.

I called desperate for some advice for my dog who lives abroad and has a kidney failure in order to get a second opinion. I got a call back immediately after emailing his results. I am truly so grateful from the bottom of my heart for Mrs. Alina giving me her time, advice and expertise. The kindness, generosity, and care given to me when my dog isn't even a patient of theirs is truly amazing. Incredible service. Thank you .

I never enjoy going to the vets, but visiting Wanstead Hosp was a lovely experience for both me and my pup. I highly recommend Goddard Wanstead if you are looking for a warm and welcoming vets practice . Plus it’s a 24hrs hospital

I took my frenchie to them on Wed night and all of the team were amazing from the reception staff to the managers to the vets, my partner was very visibly upset and was not the calmest and they took him to one side and calmed him down, with regards to out fur baby they saw him straight away kept us up to date and gave us so much advice and help to be able to take him home.
to tip of our visit I had forgot my purse and explained that to the reception and there was no issue they just sent me a invoice
My baby is back to his naughty little self... Thank you x

Unfortunately we recently had to make the difficult decision to put our 13 year old dog to sleep after being diagnosed with liver cancer this year. I called a couple of times and was handled with kindness and sensitivity as decisions were made. We were informed of the costs, being out of hours, and all choices for her care clearly but compassionately.
The vet Adam and all reception staff gave us all the time to cuddle her for a final time , and to say our goodbyes.
They even took the time to send us a condolence card today. Vets and staff have a difficult job keeping everyone's pets cared for, and their owners happy with staff crisis affecting them too. Our experience was faultless.

Couldn't be happier with the level of care and service provided at Goddards Wanstead. I've been a customer of Goddards Veterinary Group over the last few years having had countless bad experiences at various Medivet locations and later DNA vet care AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
