Appalled by the service received recently, the attitude of reception staff is something that seriously needs looking into, seriously lacking in compassion and empathy for what are really stressful times for the animals and their owners, this is turn has really made me question the care they are giving to our beloved animals , I have waited all day for a call back after deciding to wait no longer i call, and I'm on hold for an hr to be told ive been given an appointment at my local surgery, unbeknown to me with out any care or advice given by the nurse in charge, when I explained I knew nothing about the appointment I had the attitude of the receptionist "well you would of got a text reminder " ! no text or email received advising me of any appointment....
