Don't recommend this vet. They charged me for a certificate but we didn't need one. Because if their mistakes we had problems at the French border. I recently moved mu dog into a different vet and he is so calm there and they explain everything and don't change us for things that we don't need!

Waiting an hour at the reception to be seen. People who arrived after me were seen before me. Just rude.

So soo good. I went there two times today, both of the times they were very nice. Specially at the reception I met Katie, she was so kind and understanding. Honestly best vet ! Definitely recommend this one.

Worst vet ever, they only care about money. Took my cat in for emergency appointment, charged £300 but didn't even care to look at what the issue is, just diagnosed some antibiotics and an injection.
Next day cat was feeling a lot worse and charged thousands for a surgery, next thing you know they were telling me to put him down, there's little hope for my cat to survive.
It's been 2 months and my cat is doing so much better, they were advising me to put the cat down so they can charge another £1000 for the service.
They're milking people dry to make money, they don't care about animals at all!
Avoid this vet at all costs, find another vet even if you have to travel for hours.
I wish people can come together and launch a case against this vet, they should not be in business.

I bought my puppy in with a damaged front leg and they were able to get me an appointment out of hours right away. I’m going back tomorrow for an X-ray and further analysis but I can’t thank the team enough for caring for my puppy as if it was their own.

We received fantastic service this morning when we took our Collie cross for an orthopaedic consultation and x-rays. The orthopaedic vet really put our dog at ease and did a very thorough check-up and was very observant. They scheduled her in straight away for x-rays and further investigation. The vet rang us and gave us a detailed breakdown of what he had done. Thank God that all was well!
We had our initial appointment at 9:15am and our dog was ready to collect at 2pm. Highly recommended! We are so thankful for the expertise and care shown.

Receptionist was patient, kind and compassionate. Our hamster died - they didn’t charge us. Didn’t make us feel silly that it was a small animal. We were very upset and both my partner and I commented about how good this service was from the team. So impressed.

I will be forever grateful to the amazing team at Goddards Wanstead for taking care of my pregnant cat and helping her in her time of need! After having difficulty with her labour, and ringing round several places to see her - Goddards took my cat under their wing and helped her out with delivering her babies! The staff both reception and clinical went out of their way to make things really clear on what steps needed to be taken, and to reassure us as owners. We were really impressed by the staff being so attentive and kind and also keeping us updated on Charlotte’s progress. Many thanks to you all!
