Goddards are all about taking your money. My dog had a operation, it’s cost me double what that advised. They made me buy tablets for £150 which only last 28 days. After doing some research I can buy the tablets online for £35 plus the prescription cost. They don’t tell you this. If my dog was not having ongoing treatment I would change vets. There is so much bad feedback in Goddards. I totally understand why.

We would just like to say thank you to Goddards for the excellent help advice and support that they provided us on Saturday morning when we had to bring in our elderly cat Rosie as a emergency, the kind expertise that we were given made a very hard decision easier, a special thank you to vet Dani who gave us great advice and care,, we will miss our old girl Rosie a lot ❤️ the Smith family

We gave up spaying our dog with Goddard vet group as the whole process was very disorganised and not trustworthy.

All the staff were incredibly caring, reassuring, and helpful. We were seen really quickly, and the place was clean, welcoming, and well run. Thank you so much.

Our dogs are looked after by Goddards vets in Kennington (v v good). Last night one of our dogs became very ill and we were seen at Goddards Wanstead. Both vets we dealt with were brilliant. Clinical assessment, scans, x rays and bloods all swiftly done. Multiple update calls were really appreciated. Thank you for your care and professionalism.

Avoid this place! The vets themselves are nice and seem good but the reception staff are rude and incompetent. We've had wrong vaccines given (and charged for), lost papers, dog kept all day for no reason... all in a year. Being kept on hold for an hour is common, just to be cut off. Strangely, Goddards in West Ham is far better, so it must just be a few of the staff in Wanstead.

Had to take my poorly cat to this hospital in the early hours of Boxing Day after three other vets had refused to see her on Xmas Eve. Was told on arrival an out of hours consultation fee just on its own would cost £170! They admitted her for blood tests and informed me a few hours later that my cat had kidney disease and there was nothing more they could do for her. A few hours after that they put her to sleep and charged me nearly £900 for the privilege! An absolutely rip-off place to go to if you have a sick animal. The vets seemed kind and caring, the receptionists much less so. If you don't have pet insurance, please be aware you have to pay a £170 consultation fee and a whole lot more on top of that for tests and treatment, even if they are unable to save your animal. Bet there aren't any poor vets living in London.
