I have been registered at this vets for a year and every single time I have needed to get in touch, it is literally impossible and I am sat waiting on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get through. At a recent appointment, I had to wait an hour in reception and was told rather abruptly that sometimes people have to wait up to three hours. My husband came to pick me up and then several days later, I was sent a parking fine for £60. It's expensive and communication and service is really poor. I'm currently looking for an alternative.

Had to get an emergency appointment. Brilliant staff and service. Thank you for your kind treatment of our cat. Brilliant as always.

I'm only giving 1 star as there isn't an option for zero stars for the vet. Although the receptionist was very helpful. The vet seemed to know very little about feral cats, and wasn't very pleasant as he got a small scratch. He was too busy complaining that it may get infected to bother looking at my cat properly. I think maybe he chose the wrong profession. He didn't finish assessing the cat properly & then charged £170 for the pleasure. If you have a rescue animal I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. Complete waste of time & money. I shall now seek further advice from a vet who knows or cares about cats. Appalling service.

Can't thank the staff enough for their care and consideration, both towards us and our hamster. It made a sad occasion so much more positive. Thank you again.

Had some excellent service here (although my cat probably disagrees), very busy but nevertheless when seen by a vet you are not hurried, unfortunately my cat has an ongoing problem so no doubt more visits will be done in the future

I can't say I or my cat enjoys going here, but compassionate and caring with my cats ongoing problem, I just don't want too many visits, had enough this year so far !!

I have always found Goddard to be a very caring and professional practice, who take a keen interest in my pet's health and offer plenty of good advice. The staff are very helpful and caring, and are always happy to answer questions. We had an emergency situation last year (dog scoffed chocolates and raisins...) and we were seen and treated very quickly. They offer very affordable pet plans which save money too. All in all a great place to be registered.
