Although all the staff I have encountered at the hospital have been great it is really frustrating trying to get through on the phone to make an appointment. My last call took 20 minutes to be answered and today, although only 5th in the queue, it took just under half an hour; not really acceptable for a hospital let alone a vet practice.

I cannot fault the care, compassion and service I received. Unfortunately I had a very poorly cat who we had to have put down, the way they supported and helped us through the process was quite simply outstanding. Thank you for all you have done for him over the last 14 years, he has visited more than the average cat and I’ve never felt anything but confident in the hands of your team.

Took my cat there as she had been choking. Although not registered with them they immediately saw to her and removed the obstruction. Could not ask for a better service. Thank you for all your help.

Took my cat as a walk-in as she had hurt her leg. Waited in reception for over an hour and a half, but unfortunately the practice was extremely busy and we were unable to be seen in that time and I had to return to work. So, I can’t comment on their actual service. However, when I gave them this feedback, the Regional Manager telephoned me to follow up. She explained the group's processes and that Wanstead hospital (although nearest to my home) was likely to be very busy, in part because of the emergencies it has to deal with unexpectedly. She was very helpful in explaining the background and advising which of the Goddard practices would be the best to attend in future. Impressed with the Group's attention to detail in following up on and listening to feedback.

My cat fell out the window i went there as an emergency they told me it would cost me thousands of pounds and didnt look after my cat. Then we drove to another vet in romford and they said this cat shoulve been given oxygen at least and my cat died there…. Not saying my cat would have make it out 100% but 0 effort no moral no dignity and now my cat is gone. I hope whoever reads this would understand how sad it is for your animal to be sent bac out of a vet clinic because of finances at that state. It was an emergency. Not a check up!!! But anyway you have no dignity i hope you guys drown in money.

Don't waste your time with these guys. If they ever pick up the phone, they'll only want to see you via an emergency appointment or for several thousands pounds. I just spent an hour on hold to get through to reception, who then couldn't track down a vet or nurse to assist. On numerous occasions, I have been pushed from pillar to post and they never seem to know what they're talking about. Oh and, for some reason, their branches don't share contact information or patient records, so good luck trying using any of their practices!
