Amazing service! Everyone at Goddard’s is incredibly kind and helpful—I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I was nervous about leaving my little one for his dental procedure, but Dr. Alba reassured me every step of the way. Now, my cat is pain-free and happy, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you, Goddard’s!

Our cat Whiskey received fantastic care here. The team were excellent at caring for him and helping him recover. In particular the lovely receptionist Evelina kept us updated and sent us some photos and videos of him which was really appreciated :)

They responded immediately when my puppy had problems and helped me a lot. From the girls at the reception to all the doctors and nurses I met, they were very kind, attentive and responsive. Great professionals. Highly recommended!

I lack words to describe how frustrating and unprofessional the medical team are at this vet. It's a full-time job having to chase them to get an update or a call back that they promised- I had to call 4 times just to get results of my cat's scan, or 7 times for a medical procedure booked (upon vet's suggestion) and then rebooked after it was cancelled an hour before due to vet's sudden absence. It's now been 10 days since the cancellation "we'll reschedule and let you know ", countless calls and it will now be another month to wait for a slot, all while my cat is in total pain. The reception ladies are lovely and very helpful but they can only pass the messages to the medical team. If your pet is actually ill or hurting don't go to this vet. Jokers.

Our greyhound was horrifically I'll and Goddard's were fantastic and he after a number of days of intensive care has made a full recovery. Throughout Goddard's were professional, kind and caring, everything you could want.

We found a scared pup on NYE and when I rang to see if they might scan it so we could reunite the dog and owner they said yes. They told us they couldnt keep the dog though. What they didn't say was that they would put the traumatised dog in a kennel and call the warden. If I'd known they would be so callous I'd have save the fuel and simply asked the warden to come to us and scan the poor thing. Wandstead is meant to be their flagship and it's simply rubbish. The same practice tried to shame me last year for not agreeing to have my 17 year old dog put under for teeth cleaning..even though she had zero medical history and its dangerous for a geriatric dog. Will never EVER TRUST THEM WITH A LIFE AGAIN.

My lost cat was bought in here. Badly injured and we were advised to sadly put him down. Unfortunately after we agreed and went through this trauma. We went to the front desk with our dead cat and the receptionist billed us for £520. Felt Absolutely mugged. My cat was here for 30 mins from the time he was bought in to the time we took him home. Feel like they took advantage that we were already upset and we did not want to argue about the money with them. However, when I reflected later. We realised it was 30 mins only! And they had ripped us off. Had they not been able to contact us, nothing would’ve been paid! Never going to this vets ever again!

We had to take our wonderful cocker spaniel, Billy to an emergency appointment late on a Sunday evening as our vets was closed. The receptionists, nurses and vets were so thorough, reassuring and quick to see us. We left with a happy pup and feeling very reassured that there is such a place available. Gladly, it wasn’t serious this time but it’s good to know help is so readily available in case of emergencies.
