Our appt with Jo, vet nurse, for the unpleasant job of emptying anal glands was handled with superb skill, care, humour and kindness. My dog was happy with wagging tail! She also went over and above to help me with helpful tech DIY excellent experience

We took Sunny the dog in for an emergency appointment and she was seen straight away by a nurse who did a triage. Fortunately she said she wasn’t concerned but if we wanted to see a vet we could. We decided to take her home and expected to pay a fee of some kind but there was nothing to pay. Thank you so much to all the staff, it’s very reassuring to know we have you nearby!

Firstly I would like to say a huge Thank You to Everyone at the Wanstead Vets Hospital for their graceful, understanding, empathy towards myself and family. My beautiful boy Pus sadly passed away on 12/10/24 after 14years of life, I took my beautiful boy to Wanstead Vets Hospital for help and my God what a team. They took me into a side room and gave me time with my beautiful boy a member of the reception team happily spoke to me and help me with the next step.. With myself being a complete mess and tears flowing she was so understanding sadly I never catch her name but she wore glasses. She was so so caring and so understanding towards myself showing me the next step. They resured me that they will contact me once he was ready to come home. With a sympathy card sent to me the following week and a phone call saying that my beautiful boy was ready to come home. My sister collected him and once again they were amazing.. Thank you for your empathy and understanding towards my family the level of respect is so high there. It's literally the best vets hospital in the East London.. So to everyone THANK YOU for taking care of him and now his home at his resting place.. ❤️
