We took our dog who had seriously injured his leg on a weekend. The communication and customer service were terrible, the animal care appeared poor, and the clinical judgements doubtful. All of this at sky high prices. For what was essentially one (in hindsight unnecessary) overnight stay with pain relief and an x-ray we were invoiced almost £900. I put in a complaint and I got a long response which basically said they didn't do anything wrong but they agreed to receive the fee to £700 'as a gesture of goodwill'. We have since taken a decision we should have taken years ago and registered with a different vet where they actually appear to care about animals more than about money. I would not recommend Goddard's to anyone.

Incredibly over priced and unreasonable. Been told they would call me back for over a week. Would strongly recommend a different device.

I not recommend, they nearly killed my puppy and charge me £1600 , if I can give - stars I give -10000000.. any whay we gona see them in court...with proff..photo-video...how I live puppy and how ai take him...again, not recommend

My beautiful dog Big Shaqs recently had an operation on both elbows due to Dysplasia.Shaqs was suffering for a short time and was clearly in a lot of pain before the op. A day after the operation he was up walking , eating and trying to get me to play ball with him . It’s now been 2 weeks since his op and his made a remarkable recovery, unbelievable in my eyes . I just want to say thank you to John Gardiner and all the nurses that took great care of him . You are all amazing , caring and very professional . Thank you so much for looking after my little boy .

So I have recently taken in 2 kittens, however not had a chance to sort out a vet or insurance. I thought one of my kittens were in pain and was really stressing. I called up and spoke to a lovely lady called Marie, after a brief conversation she explained to me that my cat was “in call” and explained everything that my cat was going through and what is to come.... thank you so much Marie! X

Highly disappointed of the lack of respect and understanding the staff there has. I felt disrespected and felt that my cat was mistreated. The moment they found out my cat was sick and dying they didn’t care anymore. They would rush us in and out and would not care to spare a moment to sit down explain how can I ease better my cat into his final days. I understand they are busy but there is a fine line between being professional and rude and they crossed it several times. If you are facing a decision where to take your pet for urgent 24h care please do visit elsewhere. I’ve been to Village Vet Hampstead Hospital with my dog for urgent 24 hour care and I felt much better and more comfortable leaving my pet with them. Updates with Village Vet were on time as promised and I didn’t have to chase them down and felt genuinely good and comfortable.

Our 13 year old Old English Sheepdog became very unwell suddenly with vestibular disease. He was unable to stand and was admitted to the vet hospital for 10 days. We prepared for the worst. The wonderful team there patiently nursed him back to health & did not give up on him. We are forever grateful to have our old boy back home in good health & have this team to thank.

Fantastic Vet!Always treated well by lovely,welcoming staff. Vets are amazing, nurses and receptionists courteous and caring. Wouldn't take my cat Arthur anywhere else! Tavishi spent time to check out my cat's health & she is so caring ,also went over quote & everything that can happen during admission. Very professional,stepwise approach that benefit my cat s health..,simply amazing! Also in reception Great to see separate waiting area for Cats and dogs with feelaway diffuser what a thoughtful management!!
