Place is a scam. Be aware!
Needed emergency treatment for a cat mid Nov 2023
They pumped him full of drugs took scans then put him down!
Was told i would be sent a link to make payment 840 split in two as they understood was unexpected and near xmas after 30 was passed to debt collecters added extra 894 was total cost January?!
You pay debt collector and get remains at Goddard it is team work to make you pay out more!
Never will use again.

This place should be called butchery, not hospital. They promised me 10 times that my cat will be fine after the treatment, but as soon as they tricked me into signing death sentence of my cat without letting me reading it (literally grabbed it out of my hands and said that I don’t need to read all of it), they called me a few hours later and said that they want to put my cat to sleep, because they cannot treat him. But they didn’t tell me that before. They making millions of pounds by just cheating pet owners, they wouldn’t tell us the truth, that they cannot treat our pets, because they wouldn’t be making millions otherwise. I just want to warn everyone DO NOT GO TO THIS BUTCHERY, find proper vets who loves animals and will do anything possible and impossible to treat them, not to kill them and who will definitely tell you the truth if they cannot save your pet, without tricking you to sign papers for thousands of pounds. Avoid this horrible place. And no point to complain to them, because they obviously make you look stupid by saying that you signed it - so pay for it.

Now that my dog is 17, we’ve inevitably started spending more time hanging out at the vets’, and after a dental abscess in October, it became clear that she was going to need some extractions.
All the team at Goddard have been super kind and friendly but I have to single out the veterinary dental specialist Ashleigh Lemon who has been amazing throughout. Genuinely excellent care, thank you so much.

Worst vet practice in the city. Staff does not care about pets. Charging a huge amount of money and unable to provide care in timely manner. If i could give less than 1 star I would.Been with them for over a year now and i regret this decision daily.

We found a kitten on the side of the road in Wanstead. Took him to Goddards to see if he was chipped & ask for advice (we have 3 already) they told us to take the kitten back and leave him where we found him (on the side of the road!!!!!!) What?! Who says that. He would have been run over in minutes. We found a temp home and through group chats found his owner. I really feel like they should re-assess their procedures for advising the public. Won’t be going back there.

I never knew that I can be scammed by vets, and that is why I didn't record my conversation at admission, where I've been fraudulently made signing their paper, where it says that you will pay for your pets death, but they don't let you read it, they grab the paper out of your hands and saying you don't need to read it all, just read about the treatment and the amount to pay, and then when you sign, they don't care at all if your pet will survive their procedures or not, they still will extract money from you. So in most cases they don't bother to save your pet, because they will get money from you one way or another. They put fake statement in their clinical notes, saying that they warned you about your pets death, but they obviously didn't and then they trying to make you look stupid, that you signed the paper, knowing that your pet will die anyway. Are we really that stupid?
because that is what the Goddard staff thinks, that they can con all the clients. This is their mission. Not to treat our pets but to scam clients for thousands of pounds.

The only thing they care is just about money and nothing else. The only thing they can do is put our pets to sleep. They don't know how to treat them, so they fraudulently forcing you to sign the paper, without letting you reading it, promising that your pet will be ok after a treatment, but in fact they go and type on the computer that they warned you that your pet will die and lying that you agreed to pay even if they cannot treat your pet, so they put him/her to sleep. I have to warn everyone who is going to those vets you have to record all the conversation with them so they will not scam you for thousands of pounds, like they did scam me and many of my friends. Those scammers had to be stopped making money on our grief. Please contact me whoever has been scammed by goddard vet group, because together we can stop them.

This company is disgusting scammers. The only thing they care is about making millions of pounds on our beloved pets illnesses and death. They scammed me like no any other scammers would. They said my cat will be absolutely fine after a simple procedure, but they knew straight away, that he is going to die but they never told me this, they didn't give me any choice, they just said he will be treated and I have to pay for treatment, but they didn't ask me if I want to leave him for this procedure if there is no chance for him to survive and now they want me to pay them huge amount of money for his death, which they knew about before but never told me. They do not record your conversation with vet on the admission, this is where they scam clients, so now they say I have no evidence of what she said. They obviously doing it on purpose in order to make you fraudulently to sign their paper. Be aware when you going to any of the Goddard vet hospital, you must record what they promise you, so you can have an evidence of their fraud. But better don't go there at all, because they will never save your pet, they just will let pet die, because they know, that they can extract money from you one way or another, by making you fraudulently signing a consent for paying for your pets death, so why bother even try something. It's better to let your pet die for free at home, than pay to those fraudsters. Stay far away from this nasty company, who’s aim is not to help pets, but to fill their pockets with as much money as possible
