Arrived on Christmas morning with my very poorly cat. However the time spent there was welcoming, helpful, kind and inclusive. My darling cat made a full recovery and I was looked after by Jelanta and Kellie. Who are both an absolute credit to the place. On top of that the vets were all equally amazing and helpful. Would definitely recommend, even if you have to go on Christmas morning. You and your animal will be taken care of.

We are registered with Goddards anyway, but we had to use the out of hours service this week for an emergency for my cat. We had a very good experience and I’m very grateful to the whole team including both reception staff and the vets. The receptionists were helpful and clear. Given that everything out of hours is likely an “emergency,” triage was followed smoothly and efficiently. The vet and reception staff were caring and compassionate. I feel very lucky to have this 24 hour vets on my door step.

Incredible place. I had an emergency with my chihuahua, a complete broken radius and ulnar bones. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a team of amazing receptionists, a member of the team straight away took my dog off my hands, wrapped her in a warm blanket and took her out to that back, I knew then that this was the right vets.
There was constant communication all through the process and the surgeon John managed to see to her right before Christmas. Absolute incredible work from him, the X-Rays look impeccable, an artist in his craft. I was able to collect her on Christmas eve, she had an amazingly wrapped arm by the assistants and one of them (I forgot her name, a blonde woman) sat with me and took her time to explain after care and was able to answer any question I had.
Amazing experience, from every member of staff, even the staff who wasn't directly dealing with me were incredibly pleasant.
I highly, highly reccomend this veterinary practice and I can't thank them enough for the outstanding work they did for my little Aggy.
Upmost thanks and respect to the whole staff, they're all walking angels.

I found the staff to be very rude , unprofessional argumentive .
They very quick to send a letter saying I was rude, and such behaviour wouldn’t be accepted ; and to find alternative care
They don’t care about animals as wouldn’t see my dog until it was investigated , when they made it sound like he needed his breathing done asap.
Told me I needed urgent surgery on his breathing before they looked at the problem which was his legs .
Got another opionion , as the service was terrible and they said it was choice for breathing and he could have a X-ray then go to cat scan not hit me with the biggest bill.

He was so distressed after all day in a kennel waiting for the insurance /
I wasn’t given the option to take him home and rebook either .
I done all the chasing and still after 4 hours no one had bothered to contact me and they didn’t operate .
The head nurse has gone to the top vet putting the blame on myself

No way would I take my dog back there, money makers who are in it for the money and not the animal .
I had a very anxious distressed dog and I had to ask when e would be seen .
