I had the pleasure of working with Jacob Frenza and Drew Etheridge, and the experience has been night and day from my previous broker. Communication is easy, timely, and just great overall. They made finding a location for my practice as stress-free a process as it could be. They are someone you can trust has your best interests in mind. We had a great experience using Xite Realty to find a location for my dental start up office! To begin with, Drew Etheridge and the Xite team provided us with a variety of options for our desired location along with detailed demographic reports about our target areas. We were able to negotiate TI allowance, abated rent, price per square foot, and other important points. Although the road hasn’t been easy, Drew has patiently helped us navigate all the obstacles that come with this process. He was also able to give us recommendations for other vendors. Most importantly, we appreciate Drew accommodating our phone calls after hours (on top of him having a family) and always giving us honest feedback. We truly value all the time, effort, and diligence from the Xite team into making our dream become a reality!

I have nothing but positive comments for Xite and their team. I have the privilege of working with Albert Miles. From the beginning he was helpful with a positive and energetic personality that gives confidence and comfort throughout the process. Not only did he find multiple locations, but he was patient with us to find the best location for our future dental office that we wanted and not just one to get his job done. He also did an amazing job with the letter of intent that led to minimal back and forth between attorneys in the final lease negotiations. In the future when I am looking for further practice real estate I will find Albert once again.
