He was in touch with me regularly, paid close attention to detail, and had my best interests in mind as he worked to broker the deal. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Albert Miles and Xite Realty to anyone looking for healthcare space.

We had a fantastic experience working with Philip and his team with the sale of our dental office. They were always on top of things and quick to respond to questions. We had to overcome several hurdles along the way to make the sale go through, but Philip was able to work through all of them and closed the deal. Highly recommended!
