I don't remember how and when I met and gave my contact number to Xite agent, but one of the agent has contacted to me occasionally. Recently I was ready to setup my own office, then he contacted me at that time. Since the first meeting with Albert, he has worked his job decently and recommended several locations. After few weeks, we found a perfect location. Albert made a good deal with the landlord. During that period, we had COVID-19 crisis. I hesitated to open new business but Albert encouraged me to continue this project. He is still working for me to introduce a project manager and so on for successful business launching. He follows up and notices the progress all the time. Thank you Albert, thank Xite in advance.

I worked closely with Brandon and Geoff on my site selection and lease. They were polished and professional in presenting available options and in communicating throughout the adventure that was negotiation with the landlord’s company. We had many detailed conference calls regarding complicated decision points which helped to steer me in the best direction. We ended with a much better lease than would have been achieved had I gone it alone.

From start to finish, Xite Realty made a very life changing decision go very smooth and seamless. Quy and Chris carefully selected great prospective locations for my optometry office while keeping in mind some of the specific criteria I was looking for in an area. After choosing a location, the negotiations went very smooth and Quy explained any part that I was unfamiliar with. Soon after Helena came on board with the project to manage the entirety of the build out and also communicate with the landlord any concerns that had come up. Overall they helped me achieve this endeavor in a span of about 8-9 months without sacrificing any quality in the build, which speaks volumes of how thorough and punctual they are. I recommend Xite to anyone pursuing their dream clinic because they really help you see that light at the end of tunnel, and ultimately turn that dream clinic into reality.
