Their designer was exceptional, she made some great suggestions during the selection process that really brought our vision to life. We just had our basement completed by Basement Builders and we are thrilled with how everything turned out! Developing our basement seemed like it would be an overwhelming task but they made the whole process so easy from start to finish and the timeline was clearly laid out! Kristina helped us make great design decisions to really bring our vision to life and ensured all areas would work well together and Murray kept us in the loop through the whole process and was quick to respond any time we had questions. All of the contractors who we had the chance to chat with quick on site were professional and polite. We are excited to get all of our things moved in and set up and look forward to spending a lot of time in our new space! Would definitely recommend working with this company.

I am so glad that I went along with Basement Builders in developing our basement, It was such a seamless execution. The project was well planned from the word go and timelines were well adhered to. Very professional, well organized, hardworking and reliable team!
There was complete transparency; with their user-friendly invoice which included the drawn plan and all fittings well described and with pictures, you are all on the same page throughout the project timeframe.
Don and Murray were very responsive, with good communication skills. Kristina was very patient and provided good guidance in assisting us with selections for the space.
Basement builders completed the project and delivered a good quality basement to my family, well ahead of Christmas, which I am so happy about!

My family recently had our basement renovated by Basement Builders and we are beyond happy with the results.
Murray and Don and their crew were always responsive, friendly and communicated with us throughout the whole process. The plans for our basement were clear and they accommodated any requests that we had with ease.
This project was expensive however, the final product demonstrated those costs.
My family and I would recommend this company to anyone interested in a reliable, good value basement renovation.

From the get go Basement builders staff were the most professional, open and transparent about what needs to be done and addressed including time frame ect.
Communication was easy and very open about things that needed to be done and about every step and phase of our project.

Very pleased with the Basement Builder's team. The entire process was smooth and all issues were dealt with promptly and professionally.
Murray was fantastic as our PM and main point of contact through the project. All their design, management and contractors were also great.
They are definitely not the cheapest to work with, but you get what you pay for with them.
We are very happy with the fit and finish in our basement and it was completed in very good time despite global supply chain issues.
I would highly recommend Basement Builders to anyone looking for value for their money and time, and a worry-free experience

From the price quote through to the final cleanup after completion, everything went smoothly.
The build quality is outstanding and in fact we had a contractor in completing an unrelated installation comment on the quality of the craftsmanship.

We are very happy with our basement. Basement Builders really did a good job from start to finish.
The quotation that that gave me at first was very thorough and transparent so there were no surprise added costs. Whichever additional costs that incurred, I was fully aware of them as I was the one who requested the upgrades.
Coordination was very easy as Murray was always available to address my concerns.
Choosing the right finishes too was a breeze because Kristina, the interior designer, was a big help. She knew my vision. She presented to me the right materials and finishes and I just had to agree with all of them.
Basement Builders’workmanship is top notch and I highly recommend them.

We used Basement Builders to finish our unfinished basement. We had gotten quotes from a couple other builders, we found them to be the most honest and straightforward with what could/could not be done. Pricing wasn’t the cheapest, but we were willing to pay a bit extra for a more established developer. We’re pretty sure this was the right call, as they were very professional, process was very well organized, customer service was very responsive and accommodating throughout. Quality of work was definitely pretty solid, most of the issues we had were fairly minor and they took care of them pretty quickly. One thing in particular we appreciated was that most of the sub-contracted services (framer, drywaller, tiler etc..) were professional and nice to deal with. Polite and kind to our kids on the odd occasion they bumped into one another. Small things, but they do go a long way.
