The staff were so friendly, kind and nice. They were knowledgeable and helpful with menu choices. This location is beautiful. So elegant and nice. The food was pricy. So when it came time to eat, I was not happy. As a vegan for quite a many years I was disappointed and not at all satisfied with the food. The burger was full of lumpy seeds and nuts and whole beans. It crumbled because it lacked the ability to hold a "patty" structure. I ended up eating it with a fork. It completely lacked taste, flavor, "burgerness'ness", thank goodness for ketchup! All that build up for a total let down. The edamame and string beans tasted uncooked and covered in vinegar. Eew, ugh! I have no plans to eat here again.

This place is nice, but the service is very slow. I ordered a steak and it was overcooked and was put on a puddle of steak sauce. Suffice to say that I was not delighted by the food. I also waited approximately 20 minutes for water with no ice, seemed ood that there was no ice... Nonetheless, the other people in my party enjoyed their food, but also felt the wait was very long, considering that the restaurant was not very busy.

We are vegan and chose this as our first dining experience in Vegas. Our server was great. The food is another story. It is all premade and sits in tubs in the kitchen. That being said, the food was barely warm and seemed like it had been cooked hours in advance. We got the cauliflower and the vegan double cheese burger. The flavor profile was nice but the side of kale salad and the sweet potato hash was drenched in oil in addition to barely being warm. It was very expensive for fast food dining. We do not recommend nor will we be returning.

We didn't end up eating here. Food looked ok but sat for a while and nobody came over and weren't sure if we just ordered our food on our phones and it was brought out. Didn't seem interested in having us there...

When in Vegas always go here for breakfast or lunch. This time not so good. I ordered avocado toast, the eggs on top were cold, and the food just not so good. Second time I’ve come here, and the food was served cold. I think it just sits on the counter waiting to be picked up; should Of sent it back. Some lady out of the blue stopped by table to ask how everything was, but then just walked away real fast before I could answer. Lol

The appeal of the establishment the business was very very nice but the staff was horrible not a tentative you asked questions they had attitude that's not good they need to train their hostesses a lot better because they were horrible and if I had to rate them I would give them up too out of 10 so you know that's not good because you're a hostess you're not above anyone that's your job you're supposed to be pleasant you're supposed to be very approachable not with an attitude and with all these issues I was disappointed with that and for that reason I did not stay

So much plastic!!! They have no other options for Togo food. They want everyone to think they are with it, but they are a soul less corporation. Waiting for the cardboard options, they EVERY other place has.

My wife and I came here for dinner on our trip to Vegas. We got vegan options (some sort of mushroom pizza and terriyaki quinoa bowl). Neither were good. The staff was nice but it took 10 minutes to be served glasses of water. We wouldn't come again

The food is just ok - it’s billed as healthy food made from quality ingredients but everything we ordered between our party of 5 was mediocre. If you are staying close by, there is nothing wrong with this place, it’s just not what we expected based on description.

Grass Fed burger was great..a bit expensive even for grass fed..i was wanting to try the tacos but over 21 dollars for 2 street tacos is outrageous..i might eat here one more time because i signed up and will get 10 dollars off but again this place is pricey for the portions

they raised their prices even more, im not gonna pay these outrageous prices as a local...48 dollars for less than 1lb grass fed ny strip steak...thats an insult to anyones intelligence you're upsaling grass fed beef 1000%...

The service was not up to the mark. The staff seemed inexperienced. The server forgot our order and took a lot of time to bring our check. The salad options were okay. Overall not a great experience.

Hostess was condescending. I asked for a spot for 1 and she said 45min. Even for the bar. I gave her my info and she didn't put me on the list. Never received a text. I went to cafe Lola instead and amazing experience. Friendly staff.

Waited for 30 minutes for our order that never came so we left. It wasn’t even busy, how hard is it to put a salad together? Pity, I was really hoping to like this place.

“0” stars for service but 5 stars for the food I ordered. The server gave me “tap water” without asking my preference. He was asking for preferences to other guests. When I asked about the spice level of the dish, the server replied - “I haven’t tried this dish”, which was very funny response.
He gave mi the check as soon as I finished my dish saying “I anticipated that you want your check”, which was unwelcoming and I felt a hint of discrimination in the air.

This place doesn’t value your time. Opened late, took forever to bring our food out, and took took forever to bring out a receipt when their poorly programmed mobile payment system messed up.
