I'm a fan of the 5 pax option because it gives the culinarily challenged like me reasons to try something new without spending too much.
Service has been consistently great from the moment I ordered till their after-sales service. Even their delivery person greets you with a smile.

Improvement: Suggest to upgrade the website/platform so customers could pay straightaway in the same website when ordering, instead of paying separately using online bank transfer later.

I ordered the Mediterranean Lamb Stew. It was tender and juicy. But I wish the cashew nuts were separated because soaking in the stew make it soft. Maybe it's supposed to be that way. I have no idea how a Mediterranean dish taste like. But this was nice. Not too punchy in taste. Everything blends well. They were responsive. Replying to my needs.

First time trying palestinian food and it was bomb. I was never a fan of heavy herbs and spices (like indian food) but they made it just right that its fragrant yet not overpowering. My whole family loved it, and the portion was good too! Also they were very nice for accommodating my last minute order. Keep it up!

I received a meal from PichaEats on behalf of Facebook and the family enjoyed it. The brownies were amazing, moist and sweet just the way I like it! The flat bread & hummus were also really yummy. The person who delivered it was polite, courteous and was a pleasure to talk too! Will definitely be ordering more again.

Received PichaEats' nasi arab and chocolate brownies as Ramadhan treat from my company. The food was really delicious! The chicken was fresh and juicy, the nasi's seasonings and taste is spot-on (I don't like too much spice especially fragrant spices) and the brownies?! They are a delight! Decadent.. And not too sweet. I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I want to order food.
