I have been ordering from Picha Eats since they were The Picha Project 4 - 5 years ago and have gone for their Raya gathering with all the refugee kitchens present. Quality and service has been good every single time and people I have recommended them to and have ordered from them say the same. Amazingly delicious food and generous portions, spot on service, and most importantly, the blessing in a meal that supports a business that supports the empowerment and preservation of dignity for our fellow brothers and sisters.

First time trying PichaEats although I’ve heard about it from time to time. I guess the MCO was a push factor for me to try out different types of food delivery available out there :) No regrets at all! I’ve always loved Arabic food and so 1 ordered Mona’s Palestinian Platter. The portions are reasonable and can serve 4-5 people. I would say give it a try and it’s for a good cause. We should have more of such social enterprises in Malaysia.

I ordered the Mother’s Day Special, arrived on time as scheduled. Food quality was good, everyone in my family loves it, very delicious. My personal favourite is yet chicken meat ball, so tasty.

Ordered Kawlah’s Fusion Set. Really awesome food and smooth delivery as expected. I especially love the spinach buns and falafels. Trying hummus for the first time is also a treat.

When the Govt of Malaysia extended the initial 2 weeks lockdown due to Covid-19, my husband and I felt very strongly about supporting local businesses. We try to (within our means) order take-out, shop at local grocers (not the big-chain ones) and buy direct from the farmers at Cameron Highlands.
Picha Eats’s story touched us and we placed our order even though we were pretty certain that we won’t like the food, haha! We are just not the adventurous type where food is concerned. We tend to stick to our same old chinese and western cuisine. Why order then? We wanted to be a part of Pichaeats’ “rebuilds lives.”
Ordering was simple and straightforward. Their customer service was articulate, prompt and professional in answering all my questions. They even went out of their way to cater to my “quirky needs.”
Delivery was done within the time promised. What impressed me the most was their thoughtfulness in packing their food. They used extra-tight containers for gravy and sauces, glad-wrapped the containers (for stews) to minimise spillages etc.
How was the food? We ordered Mona’s Palestinian Set. We didn’t know what to expect but we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We were kind of shocked to be honest. It was different from the usual food that we normally consume but it tasted wholesome and was actually delicious!! This was our first order which was on 9th April 2020. Oh ... we ordered brownies and rum baba. They were sooooo good, hit all the right spots!
We loved our first experience so much that we ordered again on 14th April 2020. This time we ordered drug rice and lamb stew. Super yummy delicious!! And for desserts, we ordered lemon poppyseed cake on top of brownies and rum baba. For my family; brownies, lemon poppyseed cake and rum baba are must haves in our my fridge especially with the lockdown and social distancing @$&’no%#.

Great home cooked food that's wholesome - the flavours come through. Had the Palestinian set twice - one for work and one for the fam and both times the food was consistent. Highly suggest - and food is packed neatly with no spills...delivery times are great too!

My first order from PichaEats was a Chicken Mandi Rice dish and I absolutely love it! It was my first time tasting the dish too! The chicken was extremely tender, where the meat just falls off the bone. And the rice was bursting with flavors from various spices. The dipping also adds an extra kick to the whole dish. The set came with chocolaty and moist brownies, a real tasty dessert. My compliments to the chefs and everyone at PichaEats. Thank you! :)

Soooooooo yummy and I wanted to have it everyday. Mandi rice......must have on your order list! I can’t wait to further explore for more. Food & service 5 star for sure! However... have minimum order terms. Wish to have more promo with 1- 2pax order.

I had the most wonderful experience ordering food from Pichaeats for my hubby’s birthday during the lockdown. I ordered the Palestinian combo...just before 12pm the day before his birthday & it arrived at my doorstep at 11.30 am on the day of his birthday. Food was warm & delicious. Needless to say hubby was a happy man! They even messaged me later in the day to ask how my order was... In my experience not many restaurants & takeaways do this. Well done & thank you Pichaeats!

Picha has been so consistent with their food. And love how great their service is. Recently I ordered something different and tried their mauntu, chicken wrap and baklava. All were super tasty. Food was supposed to be for a party but mco got extended. So ended up giving the food to our neighbours hehe. Great food must be shared! Thank you Picha for amazing food :)
