I got the name of this company from my town’s mom’s Facebook group. My subzero refrigerator stopped working Sunday night. We called early Monday morning. The part owner came out to access the situation a couple hours after we called. Since his workers were busy at other jobs, he decided to fix right then and there. He had all the parts on his truck. I am extremely grateful to him! He cares so much about his company and his clients. I wanted to add a new drawer so I told him to order for us. The next day he showed up with the drawer, free of charge, a gift to us. Who does that nowadays? I 100% recommend this company! I could tell he was a good person from the moment he stepped into my house.

We were having cooling problems with our sub zero. We called at 8AM spoke with a person. She told us they will get back to us shortly. In 15 minutes we were called back. Joe was at our house at 11AM. He was very nice pleasant and answered all questions. He described the problems. He had everything needed in his truck. It was up and working by 1:30. He replaced a number of parts, and explained why each part was needed to be replaced. He called at 7:30 that evening to ask if all was well. He came back the next morning to replace a problem with one of the shelves that we were having. We could not have asked for a better person to come to our house knowledgeable, pleasant and was very neat where he worked and how the refrigerator was when he left.

My Sub Z freezer was malfunctioning. I called Sub Z and they referred me to Certified Refrigeration, who responded in under 3 minutes and scheduled service for the next morning. Their responsiveness is echoed in other reviews I have read. This is "old time service" with a smile!

Nothing but praise for this company. They have rebuilt two refrigerators for our family and did excellent work both times. In fact, the same technician, Daniel, performed the work in both cases.
First he worked on my mother's refrigerator, which was not cooling properly. They did a rebuild of the entire refrigerator unit. It has been running smoothly ever since. Then it was our turn. Our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly, either. It was on its last legs- either rebuild or replace.
Daniel was extremely detail oriented and kept telling us he wanted us to be 100 percent satisfied with his work. The refrigerator is now running like a brand new unit. Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of the job. I would highly recommend this company.

We received a prompt response from the owner/technician. He was able to walk us through solving the problem ourselves, without a service call. On an earlier occasion, he successfully overhauled our aging sub zero refrigerator, greatly extending its life.
