What a great and honest company and professional! THANK YOU! Our fridge freezer temperatures were high and was flashing error codes. They diagnosed our issue over the phone, instructed us on how to fix the issue and all good now! We are so appreciative! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

My sub-zero stopped working overnight. Despite a very busy schedule, they managed to send a technician the very same day. The technician was on time, he had the needed spare parts with him and was able to fix the fridge on the spot. Pricing for the service call was in line with Manhattan prices. Very good service overall.

Let’s be for reals here! These guys are very awesome and helpful! I live in rural Idaho and the possibility to get a service tech that is certified in sub zero fridges are hard to come by. I had called multiple service companies trying to get some info about a service light on my 600 series fridge, with no luck. I called Certified Refrigeration and left a message with their very kind receptionist and John called me back 2 minutes later. He talked to me for nearly 30 minutes while he walked me through some diagnostic tests. He did all of these knowing I live on the other side of country and no doubt would not be able to service my fridge but he helped me anyways. Class act. Super friendly, knowledgeable and timely. I’d recommend his company to anybody that asks and even those that don’t!! Thanks!!!!

John serviced my Subzero refrigerator and freezer, which are about 30 years old. His experience and knowledge are very apparent. He was capable of efficiently diagnosing issues and remedies. The repair process was easy and timely due to John's professionalism, accountability, and transparency. I highly recommend Certified Refrigeration. I'd been watching Youtube videos to try and understand my Sub Zero problems, and I saw Johns videos on Youtube. I called his company and he rang me back in 5 minutes. Even though I was across the country, he had the heart to talk me through some diagnostics and gave me his best advice.
