I called Certified and they came within three hours. They had all the necessary parts on their truck to repair my 20 year old Wolf oven AND my 20 year old Sub-Zero! The oven needed several parts as it stopped working and the fridge needed a new gasket and a cooling fan. All was done in a couple of hours. Great service and Joe the tech was very competent and friendly. Good Job Certified!

We live in South Jersey. I contacted their customer care late in the evening regarding our subzero refrigerator issue. Mr Joe called us the early next morning and was kind enough to guide us over the phone to fix our refrigerator ! We loved his patience, kindness and expertise. I can say enough how about what great service I received from Certified Refrigeration of Midland Park, NJ. I have a sub zero that wasn’t working and they called me back promptly when I first placed the service call and scheduled a visit. They gave me the service call price upfront and arrived in the time they said they would. Given I live in Briarcliff Manor and they are in NJ, I appreciated how prompt they were. I am extremely happy with the service they provide and highly recommended them.

These guys are the best! I submitted a form on a Saturday at 8:30am and got a call in 15 minutes from Joe. We set up a time for their technician to come out and he was there within an hour or so. I couldn’t believe the prompt responses and quick turn around. Once Dan got to the house he quickly assessed the problem gave me a quote. I was a bit confused on whether or not to go through with the service. Dan patiently waited while I made a decision made calls and even had Joe call and explain how great of a fridge I had if this was my first breakdown in 23 years. I had said no then yes then no and then yes again and most people would be upset or change their demeanor but not these guys. They did an excellent job! Kudos! Would recommend to anyone with a Subzero.
