Without question, the best appliance repair experience I have ever had. From scheduling to service, the team was knowledgeable, prepared for any outcome and thorough in solving my SubZero issue. Joe came to my house within the designated time, quickly assessed the problem by doing a full diagnostic (I have never had a repair person fully remove all the panels to get to the true problem), had all the necessary parts needed and equipment to do the job on his truck. He was respectful of my home and efficiently went about solving a problem that others have been unable-- multiple times. I will only call Certified Refrigeration in the future; I have new life and faith in my 2009 refrigerator thanks to this great repair but also great guidance in ongoing care.

Sub-Zero was not working properly. Joe and Jason were out the following day to assess and give me alternatives…partial repair, 100% repair vs. replace with verbal cost vs. benefit analysis. I went with 100% repair and my fridge is once again working with a 2 year warranty. Very professional.

I have never posted a Google review before but my experience Certified Refrigeration, and their technician Julian was quite extraordinary. I called them out of the blue at 10 am and they had my SubZero fixed by 2 pm. This involved, among other things, almost immediately dealing with my apartment building’s insurance requirements (which often takes a day alone). When Julian arrived he diagnosed the problem (a failed computer circuit board) in about 90 seconds and then neatly emptied the fridge, took it apart to find the bad board, replaced it, re assembled the fridge, put all the food neatly back and cleaned up. The whole thing took 35 minutes. And he was friendly and charming throughout. Truly a remarkable experience.
