Last night we noticed our refrigerator was no longer cooling. I looked up a sub zero service center and Certified Refrigeration was one of the top results. The reviews were good and their site said they often can provide same day service. This morning I called at 7am and left my information with an operator and received a call back within 5 minutes and scheduled service for later this morning. Andres arrived at around 930am and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was professional, explained the issues and quickly remedied the problem. Overall it was about 4.5 hours from the initial call to when the service was completed. Thank you!

Got an IMMEDIATE call back and the serviceman came the NEXT day!
Repair involved more than just a compressor repair, but by the next morning, I have a complete rebuild of my non functioning refrigerator that should give it another 15 years of life! A few hours after the repair, sooner than expected, my refrigerator was at a cool 38 degrees! The repairman, Julian, was timely, professional and helpful. Highly recommend this company. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

John was quite unusual. He was unable to get someone to us today and instead walked us through how to repair our SubZero freezer door that wouldn’t close. It worked!! He saved us money and we didn’t have to throw any of the freezer contents away. It’s refreshing to speak to someone who is unselfish and willing to forgo the fees he would have gotten from a service call. I recommend him and his company highly.

Highly recommend them!!!! Our sub zero refrigerator and freezer broke down. With no end in sight, the team not only took turns to diagnose the problem. They are prompt with the responses and thoroughly professional in fixing and passionate about their work.
