Has an answering service, which I hate, but John called me back in literally 2 mins.
He doesn’t do full installs of used refrigerators but had a guy, referred me and even gave advice on how to handle the new fridge.
Super nice guy, can tell through the call he does honest work. Will call in the future

Certified Refrigeration provided excellent, prompt service. Not only did they repair the problem with my wine fridge, they also fixed an extra problem at no charge.

I live in upstate New York. I called on a random Saturday morning because my sub zero fridge broke on a Friday at 6 pm. The owner sat with me on the phone for an hour because he wasn’t able to make the drive to fix the problem himself and he personally fixed the problem with me. And if that isn’t service that says you matter the most to him. Then I don’t know what to tell you. He was sitting at his own kitchen table while I was in a panic at mine no one in newyork would help me. But he would and he did, all the way from New Jersey. Highly recommended appliance professional. He was able to diagnose my control board through his personal experience with the machines. I can’t say enough how amazing it was.

My experience with Certified Refrigeration was incredibly! I own a wolf stove that stopped working durning the holidays. They sent a repairman-experienced and knowledgeable. Not to mention nice which is rare these days! They repaired the stove the same day. I am a commercial interior designer in the industry and would highly recommend them to all my clients.

Very happen with the quick diagnosis and service we received for our Wolf double-oven. Technician was on time, knowledgeable, clear in communicating what he thought was the issue and best way to rectify (but not most expensive way). Would definitely recommend and use again….no previous relationship with the Company as I found them via Google search for Wolf Oven repairs.

Very impressed by all around great customer service. Immediate contact and scheduling for the same day. The tech, Joe, was very knowledgeable and efficient including having all OEM parts on his truck to fix the multiple issues with our wolf oven/stove.

It is rare to get a service call-back within minutes of a request, especially before a holiday. Joe managed to send one of his skilled, professional and personable technicians, also named Joe, to fix our Sub-Zero 700 series within two (2) hours.
No waiting for parts, totally upfront about costs and even tried to fix my stove's ignition issue when I mentioned the problem.
Count on me to be a loyal customer!! Highly recommend Certified Refrigeration!!
