Our Viking range suddenly stopped heating. We called Certified Refrigeration at 7pm, had a call by 7am, a tech (Joe) out to fix it by 11am and everything resolved in less than 18 hours. Joe knew within 10 minutes what was wrong and had the parts to fix it on his truck. While he was here, I showed him an issue with our Sub-Zero and he handled that too. Not only was the service fast and reasonable, everyone we spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable and professional too. I'd highly recommend them.

I needed repairs to my subzero. Daniel, from Certified Refrigeration came to my Westchester home & repaired the many things wrong inside my subzero refrigerator. He was efficient, knowledgeable, neat & fixed everything wrong inside the fridge. If I ever need further repairs, I will call Certified again & request Daniel. He did a great job!

I had a great experience with Certified Refrigeration and would highly recommend. I called John early Saturday morning and Dan was at my house in Wilton within two hours. Both were extremely curtious and knowledgeable and had planned ahead with parts in the truck to fix the same day. I will use them for all repairs in the future. Thanks to you both!

Jason, a young technician, was quick, effective, and charismatic. Recognizing the unit generation upon gaze, he diagnosed a wear item for replacement and promptly did so. This is an indication to all owners to spread the cooking load evenly across their double ovens to postpone costs, shux. Highly Recommended overall
