John runs a great, efficient business. I called at 730am with an issue on my sub zero and it was fixed before 10am. Great response, service, and quality. The technician Julian did a fabulous job, was honest and accommodating. Would highly recommend this business.

I used this company due to the glowing reviews and the reviews don't lie. They were excellent at cleaning and servicing my Subzero Fridge. My technician, Julian, was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how I can clean it in the future. He also explained the mechanics and gave us some possible issues we might experience down the road due to our fridge being really old. I would recommend this company and Julian 1000%. Great experience. Fridge stopped cooling and called in around 9pm. They had an answering service that took my info and got a call promptly at 7am the next day for service. Techs came out around 1pm and was able to identify the issue and replace the part within 20 minutes. Note that I had my fridge re-built by these same folks 18 months prior for a pretty penny with 2 year warranty. Apparently the OEM replacement thermostats have been going bad, so no charge for replacement part and only the service charge.
These folks have all OEM subzero parts and they have them ready to go in their van. Thanks Joe S for getting me back in business. These guys are super fast and its clear they do this day in and day out for subzero appliances. They were wearing masks and very friendly.

John came out on Saturday to fix my ice maker and fixed in time along with it he also fixed the fan and made sure it was in working order. He is very knowledgeable and personable and is pleasant to work with. Highly recommended, will use them again for any future repairs or service.

Excellent job! The tech Joe was very courteous and professional. He worked fast and got my sub-zero to working optimum condition again. It needed a new coil as the old one was worn and leaking so it wasn't cooling like it should. It wasn't going below 56 degrees. Now its good as new! I highly recommend!
