I highly recommend Certified Refrigeration to service your Sub Zero if in need! We have a model 590 that was freezing up on the back wall and I knew from a previous visit from another repair company that we would be needing a new evaporator soon. Being a DIY guy, I ordered one from Sub Zero thinking I would install it myself but once I received the part I thought better since you are dealing with Freon etc. Call Certified Refrig to come out and give me an estimate and Joe, the owner, was who came to our house promptly. I had everything out of the refrigerator with the expectation of having them do the job on the spot so it made it a little easier for him to get right to the problem. The price we agreed upon was a very fair price. And I have to say, Joe is amazing at his skill!! He could do these repairs in his sleep! Being successful in his business for decades has shined through. He was efficient, confident and professional and gave me tips along the way. I can see why so many have given him and his team 5 stars on a consistent basis! He knows Sub Zero's better than anybody!! Plus he's a super nice guy! Addition 1.24.21 to the above review since I can't write a second review. I want to write another 5 star review but it's not allowed so I am adding to this one! Again, Joe and his company Certified Refrigeration is amazing. Called him for only advise on my mother-in-laws Sub Zero which was located in FL where he doesn't do service of course, yet he gave me solid advise and a recommended solution that has made my mom-in-law extremely happy. She too was getting freezing on her back wall of her refrigerator but the possible fix was a special heating unit that is a hit or miss. Joe said they make these heating units for a reason and that is because they usually work though the techs in FL recommended a new refrig. Ends up it works perfectly and my mom-in-law doesn't have to get out her hair dryer once a month and melt the ice from the back of her Subzero as she was doing for the past year!! Thank you Joe!! And lastly just this past month I had an ice maker issue where the water wasn't filling and he recommended over the phone trying changing out the valve which he knew I was capable of doing which I did and it works perfectly!! He could have easily come out to my house and charged $200 or $300 minimum and I would have been happy to have had it fixed but because of his honestly and integrity and knowing me from his last visit, he placed his trust in me this time to do it myself. Just can't say enough good things about Joe. He's just amazing to deal with! Thanks again!!
