After years of dealing with L&J for my Sub Zero refrigerator and experiencing terrible customer service, I did some research and found a company that services Sub Zero and Wolf appliances. L&J has been the only game in town here…. Of course, on the Friday of Labor Day weekend, my wife and I discovered that our refrigerator wasn’t running. This time, after many frustrating experiences with L&J, I decided not to call them and instead gave Certified Refrigerato a try. On Friday night, I called and, as expected, no one was immediately available. I left my name and number with the answering service. The next morning, I received a text from the company. I explained the situation, and they actually spent about 15 minutes trying to troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone. I was extremely impressed with their customer service. After all my years of dealing with L&J, I honestly don’t think they would have taken the time to do that. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting didn’t resolve the issue, so I made an appointment for a service visit. After they submitted the required Certificate of Insurance, they came out Tuesday morning as scheduled. They replaced the condenser fan motor and the solenoid water valve. It was expensive, but honestly, it was a huge relief to have the refrigerator up and running again. Based on my experience with Certified Refrigerator LLC, I highly recommend giving them a call if you have a problem with your Sub-Zero refrigerator or Wolf oven. Their customer service alone made a great first impression, and I’m very glad I found them. Robert B
