John responded to a stove/oven issue we had right away, even after hours. He guided me through a step by step troubleshooting method and we ultimately identified the issue was an electrical one, rather than the appliance. While we did not contract with John and Certified, I would not hesitate to in the future based on their responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. Thank you again, John!

I called and John (the owner) responded quickly. He sent Daniel to my home later that same day. I am a teacher so I was worried they would not be able to assist me quickly. However, to my surprise Daniel was there the same day and was able to fix my refrigerator. Hr was professional and knowledgeable explaining my optiions.
