Hank both sold us the house and then sold it again for us approximately a year later. He was always courteous, knowledgeable about the market, responsive to our numerous requests for info and updates, helpful in referring us to local reputable contractors and certainly someone I would recommend.
I have no complaints and nothing but good things to say about Hank.

Hank is a great realtor he is honest, caring, great negotiator and has integrity. He answered my questions and never once made me feel stupid. He quickly responded each time I contacted him and he made the selling process easier. He also understood that I still loved my house and I had to sell it because I was moving out of state. He didn't just treat it like an object he cared. For these reasons and so many others I would strongly recommend Hank and I have recommended him to my friends.

We contacted 6 agents well ahead of when we wanted to list our home. Four responded back once. Two kept in contact and came by to give us their thoughts. Hank had confidence and was very specific on each step of the process. The entire process went smooth. If we had a question he would answer quickly and worked diligently for us, often late into the night. This was our first experience selling a home and would definitely recommend Hank to represent you.

I've heard that the home searching/buying process can be a long and stressful one. I've never purchased a home and I knew I'd need the most knowledgeable and easy-going realtor I could find. Hank Bailey was just that. He made sure at the beggining to express to us that no matter how many homes we had to look at, and no matter how many late night viewings we may have, that he wouldn't stop working until we had the house we wanted. A real home we wanted to live in. We discussed with him what we wanted and could afford and he would send us listings everyday. I'd say the best part about the entire process with Hank was that he was extremely honest with us about ever house we would view. He told us what he liked and didn't like. And he had an amazing sense for what we liked and we were both very open about if we didn't like a house we'd leave and go to the next one. It wasn't a long process because we found the right house pretty quickly. And Hank told us before we went to see it that it was exactly what we would love and he was right. Hank has been wonderful, helpful, and extremely honest. I would recommend him and his team to anyone. Thanks again Hank.

I can not say enough good things about Hank and how how happy I am that we chose him as our realtor when selling our home. We had already relocated to another city and needed somebody that could really walk us through the process even though we were long-distance, and he has been there every step. He is in constant communication and replies within minutes to every question or concern. Not only that, when our house was listed we had our first showing request in under 45 minutes, 10-12 showings over next couple of days, and we had accepted an offer and were under contract 4 days later. If you are searching for a realtor there is no one else I would recommend other than Hank- I promise you will not regret it!

Cannot recommend Hank Bailey enough, amazing realtor and stellar person. He is a communicator and I was always informed throughout the process. I found a home that I really liked and it just been listed that day! Called up Hank to schedule a viewing and... under contract... He suggested we still go check it out.. It was perfect... Major bummer at this point. Hank however suggested that rather than put in a backup offer he stay "close" to the seller in hopes the contract fell through. Well I am sitting on the porch of that very home today. Because of Hank's tireless work ethic, the seller called him right away when the previous contract fell through. We were also able to negotiate a very positive position. Needless to say we are thrilled and will continue to use and recommend Hank's services whenever in need. Hank thank you for everything!

We would highly recommend Hank Bailey as our Real Estate professional. He has been very helpful and prompt with great service, throughout our process. He helped us negotiate, build and buy a "new build" house from a builder. He was able to professionally spur everyone on to get the house completed on time and on budget. As a home buyer, I had many questions throughout the process. Hank was always quick to respond with answers either through phone, text or email. He responded almost instantly via text, email, or by phone when I had a need! Purchasing a home can be an overwhelming task, but he made the process smooth and easy. We interviewed other agents, but quickly after meeting with Hank we realized he was the one we wanted representing us & listing our home with. His responsiveness, attention to detail, & professionalism was clear from our first meeting and continued throughout the entire process. The first weekend we listed our home we had 4 showings and 2 offers! Not only were we able to work out a deal on the first buyer, but we also had a back up both at very close to what we were asking and above my initial expectations. It was an excellent experience! Hank was able to vision what we were looking for and on the second day he hit the nail on the head. PERFECT!! We both had a lot of requirements and he was able to narrow it down for us so quickly. Once we found the home we had a lot of demands we want and he was able to negotiate them and get us exactly what we wanted. Will never use anyone else!

I found my new home on the internet, and knew immediately that it could be the perfect place for me. It was immediately snatched up by another buyer, but Hank made sure we were ready to act if the home became available again. It did, and within minutes of stepping inside, I knew that this was the perfect home for me.

Hank is extremely motivated. Even while the house was under renovation and not ready to list, Hank met us there and made many suggestions on the scope of the work to be done and on staging. The weekly updates on market analysis were very helpful. Once negotiations began, Hank stayed on top of it and offers and counter-offers were made and settled within just a few hours.
Hank is not the type to stand by and wait for things to happen. This entire experience was made delightful by him. Highly recommended!!
