This was my first time selling a house, and Hank was very patient and kind with all of my questions. When our first contract fell through, he made sure that the house was relisted immediately and had another full price offer within days. He really is a pleasure to work with and extremely professional.

I can not say enough good things about Hank and how how happy I am that we chose him as our realtor when selling our home. We had already relocated to another city and needed somebody that could really walk us through the process even though we were long-distance, and he has been there every step. He is in constant communication and replies within minutes to every question or concern. Not only that, when our house was listed we had our first showing request in under 45 minutes, 10-12 showings over next couple of days, and we had accepted an offer and were under contract 4 days later. If you are searching for a realtor there is no one else I would recommend other than Hank- I promise you will not regret it!

Cannot recommend Hank Bailey enough, amazing realtor and stellar person. He is a communicator and I was always informed throughout the process. I found a home that I really liked and it just been listed that day! Called up Hank to schedule a viewing and... under contract... He suggested we still go check it out.. It was perfect... Major bummer at this point. Hank however suggested that rather than put in a backup offer he stay "close" to the seller in hopes the contract fell through. Well I am sitting on the porch of that very home today. Because of Hank's tireless work ethic, the seller called him right away when the previous contract fell through. We were also able to negotiate a very positive position. Needless to say we are thrilled and will continue to use and recommend Hank's services whenever in need. Hank thank you for everything!

Hank rocks! He sold our home in 4 days for asking price! He is well versed in the needed processes and procedures to get things done right the first time. No issues at all, and did a mail away closing. Thank you Hank!!!

We would highly recommend Hank Bailey as our Real Estate professional. He has been very helpful and prompt with great service, throughout our process. He helped us negotiate, build and buy a "new build" house from a builder. He was able to professionally spur everyone on to get the house completed on time and on budget. We would definitely use him again if we have any other real estate needs!

As a home buyer, I had many questions throughout the process. Hank was always quick to respond with answers either through phone, text or email. He responded almost instantly via text, email, or by phone when I had a need! Purchasing a home can be an overwhelming task, but he made the process smooth and easy. I felt confident he was looking out for my best interests. I highly recommend Hank and will be using his services for any and all of my future real estate need!

We interviewed other agents, but quickly after meeting with Hank we realized he was the one we wanted representing us & listing our home with. His responsiveness, attention to detail, & professionalism was clear from our first meeting and continued throughout the entire process. The first weekend we listed our home we had 4 showings and 2 offers! Not only were we able to work out a deal on the first buyer, but we also had a back up both at very close to what we were asking and above my initial expectations. Throughout the process Hank followed up almost instantly to questions or needs we might have had. From the quality of the photos to the extent of online marketing that covered our listing in featured places like Zillow, Trulia, as well as every major MLS service, Hank and RE/MAX lived up the reputation of putting our house out at its best while the service was that of a professional. Would use him again and again next time we buy or sell a home!

It was an excellent experience! Hank was able to vision what we were looking for and on the second day he hit the nail on the head. PERFECT!! We both had a lot of requirements and he was able to narrow it down for us so quickly. Once we found the home we had a lot of demands we want and he was able to negotiate them and get us exactly what we wanted. Will never use anyone else!

I found my new home on the internet, and knew immediately that it could be the perfect place for me. It was immediately snatched up by another buyer, but Hank made sure we were ready to act if the home became available again. It did, and within minutes of stepping inside, I knew that this was the perfect home for me.

Hank is extremely motivated. Even while the house was under renovation and not ready to list, Hank met us there and made many suggestions on the scope of the work to be done and on staging. The weekly updates on market analysis were very helpful. Once negotiations began, Hank stayed on top of it and offers and counter-offers were made and settled within just a few hours.
Hank is not the type to stand by and wait for things to happen. This entire experience was made delightful by him. Highly recommended!!

I recently sold my house with Hank’s help. I spent a lot of time researching agents. And after meeting with him, I was so impressed by his experience, knowledge, work ethic, and, most importantly, his consideration that I looked no further. I’ve worked with agents in the past and the one standout critique I usually have is a lack of communication. I can honestly say I’ve never had that problem with Hank. He regularly communicated status updates, took the initiative to respond to questions and feedback from visitors, advised me on listing strategies and the state of the market in my area, and ultimately took care of making the final sale and closing as smooth as possible. Hank was also accessible, and receptive to all of my questions and concerns. There wasn’t a single time that I tried to reach him (via phone, email, etc.) and didn’t get a prompt response. Recognizing that I had a lot of other things to attend to in my life, he was always willing to work around my schedule. Selling a house can be very stressful time, but Hank was always on top of things helping make it as streamlined an experience as possible. Another reviewer posted that working with him is liking working with a friend, and I wholeheartedly agree. I would highly recommend him and would be happy to work with him in the future. This is our 2nd time working with Hank and this makes 3 completed real estate transactions with him as our Realtor. He helped us with the purchase of our previous home in 2012. He is awesome to work with! We called Hank again this summer and he listed our home for sale in August 2016. It was under contract within a week with a full price offer. Hank then helped us with the purchase of our new home. Hank is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He gets back to you right away and can be counted on to have your back. Furthermore, he's just really a nice and intelligent guy. These are really important traits to look for in a realtor, and from what I've heard from others, they're hard to find! I don't plan on moving again for a very long time, but he's the one we will call when the time comes. I also don't hesitate in the least bit in recommending him to family and friends!

Hank did an amazing job helping us get in our new home. He showed us many homes throughout Oconee County, but we eventually settled on a new build. Hank was there helping us every step of the way. He always responded to emails within a couple hours max (usually within a few minutes), and never failed to immediately return a phone call if he didn't answer the first time. From the moment we toured the empty lot to closing day, he worked tirelessly to ensure everything went as smooth as possible. Hank was extremely knowledgable about everything Oconee County, and really helped my family and I transition to the area. I highly recommend Hank without any reservations at all. I have no doubt he will help you and your family find the perfect home.

From the first time Hank visited our home, we knew that he was the agent that we wanted to handle the sale of our home. From day 1 working with Hank was like working with a long time friend. Hank was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He helped us through every step of the process. He had a great photographer take photos of our home that showed it off to it's full potential and then he wrote an amazing explanation of our home to put on the MLS. He did such a great job that the very first person to see the home made us a full price offer. Even after that, Hank was always there guiding us thru the process. I cannot recommend Hank too highly. In short, he's the BEST!!!

Shortly after my husband and I got married we decided to take the plunge and purchase our first home. I was terrified but after a few short weeks we were home owners! Years later we decided to purchase a second home and rent out the first. We were even more scared this time around and I'm sure my husband called Hank a million times a week, but Hank always answered or got back to us. Within one weekend our house was on the market and then under contract. Bye bye second home! I have nothing but great things to say about Hank and his outstanding service. My only complaint is that he probably won't be thrilled to travel to south Ga to help us make our third purchase. Truly, thanks for EVERYTHING Hank. If we ever make plans for another rental property we are comin for ya!

He is extremely knowledgeable and reliable and made every effort to make this an easy process for us. Even when there were issues with our contractors in preparing the house to be sold, Hank stepped in even when he didn't have to and helped facilitate the process.
He goes to bat for you every step of the way to get you the price you deserve. We were always treated like VIPs. You will never feel like you're "just a number" to him, which is how we felt with other realtors we met with prior to meeting Hank. He is never too busy to take your call or too tied up with other properties that he can't answer your questions.
Hank is the type of person who sends a hand-written thank you note and will pick up the phone even when he's busy just to tell you that he will call you back as soon as possible instead of just letting it go to voicemail.
Few people know how to do business like Hank anymore and we could not recommend him highly enough. We definitely look forward to working with him again in the future.
