I went well, built the base and rented 2 material lifts to raise it and slid the legs in and done..

Order a 10 by 10 pergola from Costco. Came within 2 days and the product is exactly as advertised.
When I put up the shades, I noticed that one of them had an issue. I called their support and they gave me clear instructions in order to investigate. They then responded and offered a solution all within 15 minutes of the initial call. The customer service was pretty darn good. Happy to support a business that cares about its customer.

I have been very pleased with my Toja Grid pergola. We ordered a 12x12 setup and after it arrived, we decided to go bigger and add on another 10x12 next to it. The brackets are beefy and solid.
Had a small issue with the 10x12 shade sail. It arrived with a broken clip for one of the corners and I wasn't able to install it. I contacted customer service and they had a new one out to me in less than 3 days from Canada to Chicagoland. Great customer service.

I am extremely satisfied with my Toja pergola. The fabricated materials are very strong and durable, properly measured out and quite elegant. My assembly including pre-drilling it into synthetic stone was about 2.5 hours, but I was expecting to put a couple of hours into doing all of this, slowly and accurately. One of the issues during my assembly was that some of the 4x4's I purchased were a mil thicker than others so a couple of them were tough to put into the sleeves. That's to be expected as no two 4x4s are of the same perfect dimension and during the summer wood WILL expand a little. I would recommend a team of 2-3 people who are decent with projects to help you put this together. Once its done, its done and its beautiful!
Now I have a very elegant dimensional space in my yard that provides shade and a place to sit and enjoy meals. Its a fantastic purchase that will last you many many years! Definitely a high quality product.

We found the TOJA system on line while looking for a better solution than umbrellas that don't last in the spontaneous gusts of wind we get here from time to time in Colorado. As soon as I saw the photos on the TOJA website, I knew this was the best solution. It's super Easy to set up! It looks Great! We get lots of compliments from friends and family.
