Great product and great customer service. The versatility of the Toja Grid was fantastic, meeting our needs for our backyard and giving us a nice, clean look. It was easy to install - I was going to pay someone to do it, but then looked at the youtube videos, and really was not difficult, 1 hour and we were done, and we would have finished even faster. The product is well designed and the advice and customer service from Todd was amazing. Highly recommend.

This product is simply awesome, second only to the great customer service this company provides. This quick addition which only takes a couple of hours adds so much enjoyment to our back yard, the deck now feels like an extension of our indoor living space. We now have privacy in the hot tub and don't feel as though we are "on display". I cant thank you guys enough for putting this product together! A great Canadian Company with great customer service!

I LOVE this product. It’s very well made, very sturdy, simple to install and totally portable if we move.
Our space is tiny, so it looks a little large at the moment. I think we are going to continue to tweak it - maybe shorten the lumber a little (height and width). I love that it is so customizable for each individual situation.

This system is so easy, fast, sturdy. Great price and will out last any kit from the big box store. I did most myself but had my wife help to lift it up to finish it. The size is 20 x 12 and took about 2.5 hours till I was sitting under it enjoying it. I chose to have mine free standing. But it can be directly attached to my home.

If you're looking for high quality patio furniture that is high in value and functionality, go with Toja. The fact that you can purchase a Pergola from Toja and assemble it by yourself or with one other person within 45 minutes is truly remarkable. Great stuff.

We had a contractor install a Toja structure with shade sail on our back porch. We love it, the structure is gorgeous and we’re continually getting compliments on it. I knocked off one star because one of the clips on the shade sail (made of flimsy plastic) broke in the 2nd year. While all else is super solid, I think they could invest more in this small detail to ensure the clips last longer. I was able to order more from the company - I was kind of hoping they’d just send me some clips to show they stand behind their product, but instead they gave me tips on how to properly store the shade sail to avoid damage. Overall, a great product, and would (and have) recommended to others.

Product was great! Did exactly what I wanted it to do. It’s easy to install especially if you have the recommended amount of people (I had to put up alone). Unfortunately they sent the wrong color shade sail (only reason I am giving 4 stars) but I couldn’t wait for it to be returned and replaced so I just kept it. Other than that I am extremely happy with the purchase. I would recommend this to anyone.
