I built an 8' table last year using the Toja Grid table leg ends. Over the year it seemed to develop a slight sag in the middle, so I ordered the middle leg piece. The delivery was prompt & the product in good condition. The only issue was having to shim the space where the boards fit in or through the legs, to avoid a gap between the metal leg and the wood table surface. I used 2X6 cedar & I guess the boards shrank. Other than that it is a great product & I would recommend it. I think the designers should leave off the top piece that wraps over the wood. This would eliminate the issue & with all the screws that come with it, there is no structural value.

I haven’t started my build yet but I was really impressed with the customer service. I had purchased three 4-arm bracket about 1 week prior to your recent spring sale when I got a email notifying me of the sale. I wrote customer service to ask if there was something that could be done for me given that I had just purchase this item at full price. Within 5 minutes I received email from Shannon saying that she would give me the 25% discount on my recent purchase! My credit card was credited immediately! Thanks for the great service! Dave

Seems like a great quality product. Chairs are very sturdy and easy to assemble. Not sure about the armless loveseat. Only issue was that I was sent two left handed arm rests for the long couch and had to get one shipped out. Will likely be purchasing more from Toja!

Nice quailty brackets. Looks good in the backyard with good lumber. The screws privided are cheap and strip easily. Use an impact driver.

The product came WAY earlier than estimated so that was nice to see the quality. The screws that came were very sufficient for our project-we did have to purchase our own mounting hardware though (which was expected). The only negative I would have to say is the actual wall brackets that was expected, didn't come. The boxes looked as though random brackets were thrown in a box and sent to us. We were building a double pergola attaching to a wall with 6x6 posts. The order stated we were getting (6) THREE sided wall brackets. When really we only received (2) 3 sided and (4) 2 sided brackets. We didn't realize this until we had already started installing. That meant extra work for us and a little confusing, because we wanted to make sure the blank side of the bracket was facing up, so extra water would not get in. Because of that, we had to drill into the bracket logo side to attach the shade sail brackets. If we received the correct bracket we would not have had to do that extra step to two of the brackets. Just minor details, but they do matter when thinking of the magnitude of the project.

This is a good product and kit, it is easy to assemble strong and well designed! I only had on small problem related to quality control. That being a weld in the beam pocket that was blobbed, and prevented the 4x4 from seating all the way in to the pocket! But was easily resolved by shaving just a little bit from the corner of the 4x4,

I installed the 6x6 rough cut parts. My pergula is 12x16' rough cut cedar. I will say simply lifting stuff to slide the legs in isn't as easy as it seems, for starters finding exactly 6x6" cuts is impossible, along of sanding had to be done. Second the weight, I highly recommend renting a duct jack to install, waaaay safer than a bunch of dudes lifting heavy parts on ladders. Lastly let's talk materials; the small screws supplied are a joke right,? There's no way a 1-1/2" screw is enough structural strength for a 6x6. The other structural concern is the material steel thickness itself, waaaaay to much flex in the structure and not enough welds. 6x6 rough cut should probably be 10ga welded at a min to reduce flex. I had to add knee braces and install 4" welds to strengthen the structure to what I thought was safe. I have built a lot of things and this was far from easy. One last complaint, I bought the custom cover, some of the cheap plastic tension strap thingies would catch and actually hold the strap and others would not, had to end up tying most of them to hold the screen tight. Besides those things it looks nice.

The instructions do not state you must drill pilot holes for the screws. If you fail to do that most likely you will destroy the screw heads in the process of trying to screw them in. So be sure to drill pilot holes!
