Very impressed with customer contact response, extremely quick shipping, and a great sturdy product. Our only complaint is that there were no instructions or guide included. The computer animated installation video is insufficient, causing confusion, mis-drilling and trial and error placement of posts. We and the pets are very happy with the final product.

Overall, great—but not enough screws were included (not for all the holes, but even for four screws per face). I see from the response only two screws per face are provided--but when I ordered a couple of years ago I definitely received more screws (enough for four per face), so was assuming the same would be the case now. Good to know that's not the case and I can order additional--but since this was an expansion of the original pergola, it was important for it to match. Other than the screw issue, the product continues to be great, weather well, and I recommend Toja to everyone who sees the project and (without fail) are impressed!

Good product. Definitely don't take 45 minutes to put together like they say. You need more then two people and don't used wet pressure treated wood cause it's to swollen and you have to use a plainer to shave it down. Thanks to YouTube for the help on that one. So now Its up in the air what's going to happen in 5 months from now with the wood. Other then some minor details that I brought up it would have got 5 stars.

Very strong material, very well packaged with only a few minor paint abrasions and it did take a little longer then expected to put together.

Top notch!! great product With a little creativity we were able to build a 16x 20 space on my back deck that is just delightful and should hold up perfectly through the long harsh vermont winters I will add side curtains this fall to extend the season a bit

The toja grid system is very easy to setup and put together with a few caveats depending on application. I purchased the wall mounted kit, which needed to attach to siding underneath our eaves trough and soffit. I wanted it a few inches from this. Making this happen due to the enclosed nature of the bracket was a challenge as I couldnt just set the top frame on top and lean it into the wall because of the constraints of my deck. This had to have the vertical posts flexed outward to force in the cross beam after the two sides were assembled and attached. In addition to this I'm really disappointed that the measurements of the sail were not on the website, only the outer dimensions of the entire assembly. I would have ordered the 8x10 but was concerned the sail would be too large for my space which wasn't within the dimensions of the posts. As such I ordered the 8x8 kit which is too short as the sail is about a foot shorter all around. So to sum up, they need to add accurate sail dimensions on the site on the kit pages as well as make the corner posts more adaptable for the wood. I would imagine an overlap of the corner pieces that couples when fastened together would allow for posts to be inserted more easily and broaden the applications for the product.
