MY STUDY PERMIT WAS APPROVED! I could not be more happy with the team that worked on my file. They truly did an impossible job. I was refused a study permit beforehand when working with another law firm. Shifting to Matkowsky Law was the best decision made, considering it was approved! My circumstance is quite tough since I carry a Syrian Arab Republic passport. As most people know Syrians tend to get refused the most considering the country’s current state. Regardless, this firm worked through that obstacle and acquired the study permit. Amanat Sandhu was the lawyer who mainly took part in my file. She truly sympathized my situation and acknowledged the effort and investments made on my part for this application. She gave a hundred percent and more to provide the strongest case possible. My experience with Matkowsky was great and right from the get go felt a sense of confidence that my case will be dealt with professionally. I would high recommend this firm! I am a Permanent Resident now and all thanks to Sonia and Natalie Sahibi! We had our few hiccups initially but all is well that ends well. We highly recommend Matkowsky Immigration Law. I have applied for spousal sponsorship June 2018. A year later we received an email saying I am not eligible due to proxy marriage. We remarried in the USA, and they accepted it. Then our application become complex, and we realized that we need to hire a lawyer. We did our research, and we found Matkowsky firm. They have good reviews. We hired them and they advised us to do the mandamus. We did it and honestly, they did great job. After not hearing anything from CIC for more than a year, we started hearing almost nonstop. Leave was granted and we were scheduled for the court day. I had two interviews and asked for documents all the time. The lawyer advised me not to go to the court since we got what we wanted, and it will cost me money that I could avoid. I like their honesty in this matter. They have been really helpful and have done great job. They exactly know what to do. I strongly recommend them to anyone especially if you are planning to do the mandamus.

First let me congratulate Matkowsky immigration for commanding noticeable internet presence, that is where I found them. Based on a brief chat and interview, I was assured that my case can be handled. I wasn’t even sure where to begin. First my spousal application has been refused, secondly, I had fallen into the wrong side of the law and became inadmissible, out of status and placed on removal order. I mean it couldn’t be any more complicated than that.
Following advisory from my previous immigration lawyer, there is nothing more I could do to remedy the situation. Consequently, given the complexity of my situation I didn’t believe that there may be a contrary view out there. So, I was frustrated for a very long time.
With the backing of a team of lawyers including Natalie Domazet, Kriti Gupta and Amanat Sandhu, they worked round the clock to refile my Spousal H&C application, write Deferral Request and Stay Motion. And we just received a positive decision with regards to the stay motion. I am satisfied and very happy with their strong representation. They are very highly recommended.
