There are so many immigration law firms but this one was a referal for us as well as we did a lot of research on Natalie Domazet and cases that she has done. I can tell Natalie and Nima did an amazing job, put in a lot of hours of work and got our case approved. Our family sponsorship case was rejected due to insufficient income(apperently EI doesnt count despite that I received confirmation from IRCC that it does before submitting sponsorship application). Matkowsky Immigration Law (MIL) was hugely helpful in helping me apply for my Spousal Open Work Permit. As I am a busy professional who would not have had the time to put together this application to a professional standard by myself, the assistance provided by the lawyers at MIL helped me compile my application quickly and straightforwardly. We came to Matkowsky Immigration Law after receiving a PFL from the Government regarding our application for Permanent Residency.
After an initial video consultation with Natalie, we felt far more reassured during this stressful situation.
Our case was then transferred with Katherine, who handled our case. The response letter that she wrote was very high quality and exceeded our expectations. We believe that her letter is the reason that our application was approved and that I am now a Permanent Resident.
For that, I can't thank them enough.
If I was to provide some feedback, I wish there was more frequent communication, or in person communication. We never had the pleasure of a video or phone call during our case after the initial consultation and we only ever communicated via email. This was somewhat stressful at times and having a "face-to-face" chat would have put us at ease far more .
Otherwise, their work was high quality, they know what they are doing, and if you are in a difficult situation like we were, we would recommend this firm.

Natalie submitted a very strong spousal sponsorship application to IRCC on our behalf and nine months later, my husband Jonah’s permanent residency was approved.
