After I received a PFL for my parents sponsorship program, I came to the Matkowsky Law firm with panic, but luckily it tured to a good result with approvals finally. Thanks to Sam and team, he's sup patience, professional, always resonboned quickly. We kept closely and frequent communication during the process, and Sam did exellent in helping us write and refine a long response letter to IRCC.

I was initially distraught that I was denied my initial study visa

When I read the notes, it seemed like I had no further chance of approval. However, after some google searches and reading through a few reviews on google, I have decided that Matkowsky might be an excellent fit for me. They do cost more than other lawyers, but it is the best value immigration law firm. In addition, Amanat was very clear about what documents were needed to apply and the best ways to address the officer's concerns about my case through the process.
On top of that, I also received answers to many questions about future potential visa-related issues and even situational questions regarding visa extension for my studies. For example, I intend to transfer to a university after my first year of college in Canada. I was advised to pick a two-year program for college, so my visa doesn't expire after one year when I am transferring.
Also, Amanat always gave me prompt and to-the-point responses. I appreciate that the team would provide me with realistic expectations. I never once felt like any of the projected outcomes for potential study scenarios they provided me with were exaggerated.
Overall, by going with Matkowsky Immigration Law firm, you will feel a sense of transparency and will get to present your case in the best possible way. Because they are very knowledgable about many immigration laws and expectations, as well as nuances that IRCC doesn't provide any information about.
Therefore, I believe that they are worth the extra money, especially for those planning to immigrate to Canada or the US in the future, since the ability to apply for PGWP and PR will depend on proper planning and application for initial visas.

I contacted Matkowsky Law after a Google search for the best immigration lawyers in Toronto. I needed a lawyer to help me complete a US Waiver (I-192) for re-entry into the US. (I was denied entry after overstaying a few months when my terminally-ill uncle passed away at the time I was scheduled to return to Canada.) I was grief-stricken, distraught, and impatient. Thanks to the Matkowsky law firm I got my study permit approved after 3 refusals.
Back in May, my twin sister and I started applying for our study permits. By the time August came we had already got refused twice, that’s when we stumbled upon Matkowsky Immigration Law firm which exceeded my expectations in every single aspect especially Nima. Excellent service. All information was communicated quickly and very clearly. Detailed instructions were given for each step of the process and review of forms done quickly for early submission. Matrowsky Law gave us lots of advice on preparing the submission which is not available or easily understood from IRCC and this proved really useful.
