Thanks to the Matkowsky law firm I got my study permit approved after 3 refusals.
Back in May, my twin sister and I started applying for our study permits. By the time August came we had already got refused twice, that’s when we stumbled upon Matkowsky Immigration Law firm which exceeded my expectations in every single aspect especially Nima. John was generous with his time and dedication to explain to us in a email on a weekend to clarify all the procedures and details regarding our case. That’s when we started our work with Nima, a guardian angel sent from heaven directly to us, he worked profoundly with us for 4 month and handled all our perturbations and emotions with complete professionalism while reassuring us.
My sister got her study permit approved in mid December while I got mine rejected the same day. I lost all hope of going to Canada and pursuing my studies,
but the team had different plans for me. That’s when Nima took me under his wing and wrote a reconsideration letter which got me my visa approved a week later, right on time to start a new chapter of my life.

My husband Dannel Alon has just received a confirmation of his Permanent Residence in Canada. Everyone was so involved and did their best to make this a success. Communication was good, especially Nima, whom we talked to most of the time. He always made sure he picked our calls or emailed back if we had any question. He was super sweet, great customer service and he always assured us not to worry on anything because the lawyers were doing their best to make everything go smoothly. All the Informations given by the lawyers were prompt, correct and very professional. We had no issues whatsoever, even after paying the whole fee. Some other firms will give their clients issues because they already got the money they wanted and won’t care about their clients needs anymore. Excellent service. All information was communicated quickly and very clearly. Detailed instructions were given for each step of the process and review of forms done quickly for early submission. Matrowsky Law gave us lots of advice on preparing the submission which is not available or easily understood from IRCC and this proved really useful.

I hired the firm for a work permit process as I read some reviews online and had a consultation call initially with them and they seemed super competent, I was not disappointed!
They were always reachable and I would get a response for any question within 24h, the process went by really smoothly on their side, even though my company took about 2 months to complete the paperwork but once I had everything, my information package was done in 3 business days and I was able to go to the border and get my LMIA exempt work permit quickly.
They even gave me some tips for my next process which is gonna be my PR application.
The cool part is if you get a consultation call, they deduct that amount from your total bill of services rendered. I didn’t get to visit their offices as I wasn’t in the country yet, but will probably do so for my next process for which I will definitely be using them!

Gina has been amazing with helping me take care of my work permit since the first day I've contacted this firm until I received it. Their service is kind of expensive, but it was worth the waiting time. Would highly recommend this firm to anyone who has immigration permit issues.

They were very patient, I am one of those person that would have 10000 of questions, and sometimes i repeat the questions. they still answered them and still provide terrific attitude.
The only thing I would want is to get my application done quicker, however that is not their issue it is with the Immigration officer which took about 2 months for them to process.
other then that, I would use them for another immigration application!!
