We highly recommend Matkowsky Immigration Law. I had tried to apply for my wife's Permanent Resident Status on my own and it was refused. We appealed the decision but we were turned down. When we went to a "top notch" Lawyer's office for advice they told us our case was so difficult that we should just give up. My wife didn't give up and found all the great reviews for Matkowsky online and she was impressed. I talked to John and he gave us hope that it was not impossible and they specialize in complicated cases. They helped us to upload all the correct documents and Fatima carefully looked over all our information. Sonia did the final check and wrote an amazing letter explaining all the details of our situation. Nima took over for Fatima and kept us properly informed and responded quickly to all our questions. He was there supporting us during the final stages as we were waiting for a response. He was the one who gave us the great news of our dream outcome. Looking back it was actually accomplished in less than a year once the paperwork was filed and everything went smooth. We are so happy with the outcome and our decision to work with Matkowsky Immigration Law.

I went to another immigration consultant regarding my pr application (prior to Markowsky) years ago and they made me terrified and believe I would be refused and there was nothing I could do. Markowsky reassured me at the time and presented solutions if any issues were to arise which is so much more than what I got from my initial consultant.
Markowsky was right and I received my pr without issue.
Now again with my parents PR sponsorship, they have reassured me and presented me with valid solutions to all my concerns. I can't recommend this place enough.

The first couple of days after receiving my visa refusal letter was devastating. I remember sending emails to every immigration lawyer I found via google search.
All of them insisted I pay a fee, book an appointment before I could get a phone conversation. Time however was not on my side and the bureaucracies were too much.
It was different with Matkowsky Immigration. John was kind enough to speak to me without any fee. He explained their processes and actually responded to my emails during the weekend. Talking to him actually calmed me down.
Yes, the fee is quite steep but it’s worth it. Katherine and Sonia worked on my application. They were extremely professional and always responded to my emails promptly. I was desperate and gave them a lot of pressure but they were always kind and patient with me. I was amazed at the work they did on my application package and thankfully my study permit was approved in a little over three weeks. Currently in Canada pursuing my masters degree.
I cannot thank Matkowsky Immigration enough.

I would really like to thank Matkowsky for their help in my return to Canada as a PR after so many years away. This is a path about which little information is found and thanks to their post on the internet, I learned about the possibility of entering Canada by land and with their help I was able to do so last month. Without their help, I would likely have been denied entry by air and would have lost my PR status.
My case was taken care of by Natalie Sahibi, who responded to all my questions and directed me to the necessary documentation for the organization and presentation of my case under Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds.
