So I've had a 15 minutes conversation with John and all I can say is that it was worth it. We greatly appreciate the time and energy Gina and Sonia spent on our application to obtain the study permit extension. I erroneously missed out on some important information in the study permit application form while applying for the visa first time, which could have easily led to the case of misrepresentation and inadmissibility to Canada. Sonia was very pleasant from day 1. Very detailed , knowledgeable and experienced. She helped me with my IAD appeal for my husband and we won. The whole process was 9 months from puting in the appeal request to the IAD hearing and receiving appeal hearing results.
