Amazing dev support We were so impressed with the responsiveness of the support team for this app. Everything we asked was answered or resolved within a couple hours. We even asked for a feature that wasn't currently in the app, and that was built within a couple days. Highly recommend this app as far more robust than the others out there.

Great product to save you time!! The documentation provided was extremely helpful in getting everything set up. Before we went live had a session with David and his team to help with just a couple items before we started sync. They were extremely helpful in identifying other aspects of the software that we should be able to use in the near future. We were using another product and could not get any support without paying a substantial monthly payment which was not viable being a smaller business. We looked at several products, but did not engage with any as our first contact with MyWorks felt it was a good fit. The entire team from MyWorks has a total Customer Focus and reach out constantly to make sure things were/are going smoothly for the set up process. This was definitely a Value added switch of sync software for our company to Quickbooks Enterprise!

I scheduled the first-time call, months after I started the service. I scheduled the call due to with some things not syncing, I am so thankful I did. The customer service is exceptional. I loved the gentleman I spoke with; he was easy to understand, and I felt he did way more than I expected! Then to boot, they called back the next day to make ask if I had anything else I needed help with.

We've used MyWorks Sync for just a few months and I can't find one thing to complain about. The solution is easy to set up and has all the features a small business owner needs to get their business rolling at an affordable cost. The super-friendly customer support is always at hand to answer questions, even when detailed solutions already exist in their knowledge base.

We have been using "WooCommerce Automatic Real Time Sync by MyWorks Software" for about a year now. I never thought it would be this good, but it essentially does it all. Easy setup, easy sync. The only issue I've had was created by me. Support is great. Well worth the investment - unless of course, you like matching transactions manually and dealing with all that goes with the manual approach. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

We're a non-profit staffed by volunteers. Our treasurer was struggling trying to manually enter sales transactions into QBO from Stripe & PayPal, which was consuming way too much of her time, so was getting behind in running reports for the BOD. After hearing of her plight, i started researching WooCommerc > QBO plugins, and found MyWorks, which was highly rated, so i downloaded and began configuring it.. Once i got the hang of it, the treasurer and i spent some time together mapping products orders & customers between the two platforms and tested pushing order transactions. To say the treasurer was delighted was an understatement... enabling this function will save her hours and hours of manual data entry work.. Its a great product.

PROS: The software works seamlessly between our website and POS system with syncing with little to no issues! And customer support is awesome--very attentive and available 24/7! CONS: We've enjoyed every aspect thus far! No Suggested Improvements. Reasons for Switching to MyWorks Sync: Our previous software stopped working.

After having an issue with multi currency and woo commerce payments not pulling through correctly, i contacted support to see if could rectify and customer service is second to none, not only was response quick they went above and beyond and updated app so now the intergration runs smoothly and all transactions all pulling through correctly from woo commerce payments to quickbooks. Amazing

We have looked for something to sync our website to QB desktop for a while and had not had much luck. We have fairly complex products and hadn't had luck in the past so I was skeptical when I heard about this solution. However I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it not only works, but it is quite a bit easier to setup than I expected. But the best thing has to be the customer support. They respond quickly, are very knowledgeable and seem to really be determined to find a solution. So far I couldn't be more pleased.

Not only does the software work, exactly as advertised, they also have a very strong customer service team. They are always happy, friendly and able to solve any and all issues that I have had. Regardless of of the task complexity, from basic usage to advanced settings, to understanding the specific behaviors of what is needed. This team knows their business and I have always walked away knowing exactly what i need to know.

Initial setup was seamless 2 years ago. But we all know things go wrong from time to time and prompt support is needed. Our QuickBooks Woo Commerce order snyc was giving me an error message that I was unable to solve with the assistance of our web developer. I contacted MyWorks for help and Cristina quickly found and resolved the issue, all within a few hours. She also gave me recommendations on how to prevent the same issue from occurring again. Thanks!

Really love this tool. Has really helped us see how our online store is doing and be able to track things in different categories on our P&L. We can then figure out what is giving us the highest ROI and focus more in that area.

This is a great plugin that syncs Woocommerce to Quickbooks. Their service is great. They help install and setup the plugin which is just great as is. They are also very responsive if there is an issue or if you have any questions. There did seem to be a problem with Quickbooks assembly items but they fixed it pretty quickly and contacted me as soon as it was good to go. I appreciate that a lot! Thanks to David A. and the MyWorks team this plugin has helped and will continue to help our online store.

This plugin literally saved my life, my time, my sanity! As a small business owner responsible for doing everything this plugin was able to save me so much time by syncing my Woocommerce sales to Quickbooks, of which I had little experience with. This was a hail mary save as I was coming from Wave and needed all the sales data for 2 years moved into QB. Even though the price is a little steep for my business at this time, I wouldn't dream of not having this plugin. I had a few syncing issues when I was first set it up but they were quick to provide assistance. Also, a few days ago I needed help with billing and they were outstanding. Way to go to support small businesses!
