Great platform! Amazing People We cannot tell you how relieved we were to find MyWorks to connect our QB Desktop to Woocommerce. The struggle was real just trying to find an affordable option- then add on their AMAZING customer service and kind help (even when we didn't know what we were doing) and it's all gravy. We are very happy with the service. Not having to have an extra seat or pay out of the nose for the simple act of removing duplicate actions is so worth it. Great platform, very highly recommend -- to be honest, I would recommend just on the customer service alone, all of these people are amazing.

Works Well I use the plugin to sync from Woocommerce to Quickbooks Desktop. I was intimidated by the price, but once you get to a certain number of orders a month, it saves you so much time that it is absolutely worth it. Support has been great for any issues that I have had. I would recommend this plugin.

So Pleased I wish I had found this earlier! I have saved SO much time, entering the orders by hand. I am thrilled with ease at which, even I, could implement MyWorks. I have Trade and Retail. MyWorks is able to distinguish these, which is an added bonus. The helpdesk is very helpful and punctual with their replies. Still getting my head around bundles and variations but confident I will get their with their help.

Really helpful with complex cases and issues Very great app and a great team that helped me through TONS of issues. I kept thinking at some point that they would say that I'm too big of a problem customer and kick me to the curb, but they never did. Really happy with these guys, 1000x better than Connex.

Support is responsive and helpful. Looking forward to the support call in a few days to get our integration and setup complete. MyWorks support and service has been very responsive in the meantime. I believe this is an auspicious beginning and I look forward to finally getting our offline business into ecommerce territory. The integration with QuickBooks is key.

I should have done this ages ago! I wish I had implemented this plug-in a year ago! I had avoided adding it earlier because I assumed it was going to be a nightmare of syncing and figuring out what products I did and didn't want to sync... and it turns out it fixed half the issues I was having with Woocommerce inventory counts and made my job a whole lot easier. Custom mapping that I had wanted to do for ages for stock now just "works". Support was very good and responsive. Very happy with the plug-in, works well. Not all options were obvious in configuring, but support pointed us in the right direction and once these issues were sorted it was a major boost to our business.

Moving orders from WooCommerce to QBO and being able to line up the products, customer accounts, invoices, invoice line items, etc. all exactly as we need to for bookkeeping/accounting, inventory, etc.

"Must have for WooCommerce and Quickbooks Online" What do you like best? I like the ability to customize my work flow. "Made My Work Load Less Stressful" What do you like best? MyWorks took a lot of stress off me managing the inventory for my website. My website is now linked to Quickbooks so I don't have to spend most of my time updating my inventory manually or having to refund for out of stock inventory. This is worth every penny. "Incredibly Happy with their Customer Support" Overall: The product works well 99.9% of the time, and the other .1%, they have an AMAZING support team that helps resolve the issue quickly. Pros: Honestly, their support team is the best part about this product. We use MyWorks Sync to integrate our WooCommerce orders with our QuickBooks account, and it gets the job done. I think the fact that I hardly have to think about it speaks volumes of the product. But the best part is, their team is incredibly knowledgeable of all things WooCommerce related, and they go above and beyond to help resolve issues quickly. 10 stars all around!! Cons: I don't have any issues with this software.

"These people are amazing" Overall: Fantastic. I'm very happy. Pros: We gave this plugin a shot after a recommendation from our tech team, and we love it. It took some time to get our settings correct, and then we had issues with the site talking to the plugin properly but the tech support team was incredible. I never would have expected this level of service for the cost of this product. I'm impressed and very happy. They solved my issues and we are up and running smoothly. Cons: The plugin did have difficulty in the beginning, in particular with bandwidth use and queue sync. But these were solved by the tech team.

"A Revolution For Our Business" What do you like best? MyWorks was, simply, a revolutionary change for us as a business. We absolutely love the seamless way it imports orders. One minor complaint is that MyWorks isn't able to place single line items on the bottom of our Quickbooks sales orders, below our bundles, rather than at the top.

"MyWorks Sync: QBO WooCommerce" What do you like best? Simplicity of the Mapping function to make sure items are mapped together from QBO to WOO, being able to toggle which direction the 2 way sync goes for a number of fields (Inventory, Products, etc), and honestly the felixibility of all the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? We havent quite gotten paid invoices from WOO to QBO in the format that we want with the stripe charge corectly laid out in the invoice. For a while the invoice/books wasn't balancing becuase of how that info was coming through, thankfully there looks to be a few ways to tackle that in the settings. But I feel it can be cleaned up more to make sure the line item detail comes over clearer and the invoice balances (instead of showing a negative for instance and manually balancing the invoice). Also i'm not sure if there is true bundle support yet, but that was an issue in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential product backed by comprehensive support" What do you like best? This tool is essential for integrating my accounting system with my e-commerce store front.
