Went into the dealership with an solid idea on the car we wanted, a bottom line monthly payment in mind, and a guesstimate on what our trade in would fetch. I knew it would take the perfect combination of all components to make it work. I discussed it with Nate, who presented it to Andy, and after going back and forth, they got it done! Nate and Eli were awesome working with us buy our new car!! Came in from out of state and dealt with Eli on the internet before hand. He provided us so much information that Grand Kia was are only stop. Once we arrived, Nate took over and the negotiating process could not have been easier with Nate and the Manager. We bought a new 2021 Telluride last week and I was happy to have a pretty painless purchasing process with Randy. It was nice to just tell him where we wanted to be price wise and make that happen, rather than going back and forth for hours (which is how some car buying experiences can be). Given COVID, it's nice to get in and get out and get it all done quickly!
