I worked with Nathan on the purchase of a new Telluride and the experience was very good. Nathan is knowledgeable and was helpful with the many questions I had along the way. If you're going to buy a Telluride, prepare for a couple month wait, but now that I have it I've got to say it's the best vehicle, dollar for dollar, I've ever driven.

I took my ford diesel to get it fix there. I so surprise with there customer service. Even though I didn't buy my truck there they treated me like I was the most important person there. Not only that, they care about you. They wanted to make sure that I was happy. I was so impress with there service, I came back to trade my truck in for a Dodge. And let me tell you, it was one of the best buying experience ever. I was in and out of there, like no other. There manager Tim is amazing, he really make sure that you have the best experience ever. Unlike car max, where my wife just recently purchase G37 Infiniti. The car already has the check engine light on. But any way I highly recommend Grand GMC.

Tim and his team are great people. They did not have what I wanted in stock, but that is not there fault. I get a call maybe once a month and they tell me what they have to see if I am interested still. If I decide to go with a Kia Sedona I will definitely buy from them.

He advised me throughout the purchasing process and really put my needs first. When I needed a windshield chip repair for my newly purchased car, Randy did everything he could do to help me resolve the problem. I am so thankful to him for that! I went in looking at prices on cars and left with a new stinger. The staff was honest and extremely helpful including Tim, Eli, And Alex. There were busy, but there were extremely attentive to everyone there, making sure everyone was comfortable and asked if they needed anything at all. Highly recommend going here.

I went in for service last week for our vehicle. Grant from the Service Department is an amazing guy. He was very helpful & honest. Grant went the extra mile to call my husband's phone to inform me that I had lost something that he could've keep for himself. Once again a great service visit. Grant in the service department is always great and a big help if you have questions. I was the one that was worried that dealers would find "Extra" items that need repaired or serviced. But this is not the way Grand KIA service department does business. I will always take my KIA Sportage here for service. Thanks again Grant!!!!!!
