UPDATE: Again, dropped my car off on Sunday, to replace starter, and had it back by Monday evening. I have had nothing but bad luck with other mechanics so this dealership is amazing to me, even if i have to pay more - which I do not believe has been the case at all. I feel that I have gotten fair pricing for everything I have had done here. I called on Friday to see about getting my car's headlights fixed (electrical issue - not bulbs). They told me to drop it off on Sunday night or Monday morning so they could look at it. By noon on Monday, they called and knew what was wrong, how much and how long it was going to take to fix. My car was finished by noon on Tuesday. I do not feel over charged or taken advantage of in the slightest - which seems to happen far too often with mechanics. Everyone I talked to was helpful and super nice. I will absolutely be returning here for all my Kia needs!

I had the best experience EVER with a dealership this past weekend. I worked with Greg and the general manager Tim. Great customer service, no haggling, and they truly listened to what I wanted. Trading in my 2011 vehicle was cake. Oh and for an added bonus, Tim bought us dinner since we hadn't ate and it was late. I felt like it was all about the customer (me) and not just selling a vehicle. Thank you Greg and Tim!!!
