As much as I hate to sit in a dealership. These guys and gals here know what customer service is all about. Noone likes to have issues with new vehicles including dealers. Thanks to Terrance Jones, it has been as painless as possible! I purchased my truck elsewhere and was in a bind. Terrance squeezed me into an already busy schedule fixed my truck and had me on the road in the same day. And thanks to Tree king for recommending and driving us to the burger joint down the road.

This was the most amazing experience I have had. This is my third time buying from this dealership and I will be back. I encounted three of the most amazing people under one roof: Jim Kenney, you were amazing in all that you said and did. Clearly I was not "just a sale" to you. You displayed genunine concern, you were mindful and respectful of my budget and you never pressured me. Art the Sales Manager was also very kind, genuine concern and made me feel as if I honestly had their full attention. I felt overwhelmed with such kindness from these two gentlemen. If purchasing a car, I suggest you ask to see the only male finance individual there, I was never pressured as he sat and listend to my concerns about purchasing warranty/gap and I walked away with exactly what was "needed".
