GREAT experience! I highly recommend coming here. The staff was nothing but nice and helpful. I leased a 2016 Kia Sportage and am extremely happy with the process and result. I recommend asking for Bret Bissey - he's amazing at what he does and a pleasure to work with. They made leasing a car as stress-free and easy as they could. There were no surprises, just extremely genuine people who will do whatever they can to help you get the car that you want.

Just purchased my new truck from Grand Auto Kia. I had a terrific experience, Mr Beeson was so helpful letting me test drive 5 different vehicles and even take one home overnight. I have purchased my last 5 cars from a dealership up the street from these guys, however, ownership had changed hands and I was not impressed with the new ownership. So I had to start all over in finding a new place to negotiate a purchase. I must say, I had a fantastic experience with Grand Buick GMC when purchasing my car! Anthony my sales person was very helpful, listened to my needs and didn't pressure me. He and Charlie worked hard for me to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford, which was way out of my budget, but they made it work! Vijay had me out of financing very quickly while having a great conversation, who knew a person in finance could be so interesting :) Alex gave the green light for the fantastic deal I got and he even had the gas tank filled for me! I have found the dealership I will work with for future purchases and I will be sending everyone I know to them moving forward! Thank you Grand Buick GMC Kia! Keep up the great team work!!! I bought my first brand new car & I couldn't be happier. I had a great experience at Grand Buick GMC Kia because the employees were very friendly & knowledgeable. I did some research before buying & this place really did have the best price on the same car that other dealerships offer. My salesman, Sean Beason, told me to research cars on JD Powers to see that Kia really is a great car. I did so & he was right, the Sportage (my new car) is #1 in dependability. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything, they even told me to give it some thought and to research! I have NEVER had such a good experience at any other dealership, so this is where I recommend anyone to go buy a car. I'm sure all the salesmen are as knowledgeable and friendly as mine was, but Sean Beason was really great. Thank you!

good experiance as a whole! when everything was said and done they needed to keep my car to check a few things, but my salesperson jamie actually drove an hr across Denver to deliver the car to me, with a full tank of gas!

THIS IS AN AWESOME COMPANY ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. ON A WET RAINY COLD MISERABLE DAY, I CAME THERE BECAUSE MY CAR HAD BEEN THUMPING. I WAS EXPECTING THE WORST. I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPT AND THEY SAID I COULD BRING MY SPORTAGE BY EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LATE. THEY WERE VERY KIND TO ME ALTHOUGH I'M SURE I LOOKED LIKE A THUG! I HAD BEEN MOVING ITEMS IN AND OUT OF STORAGE AND MY POOR LITTLE CAR WAS LOADED DOWN. I WAS TIRED AND WORN OUT. THE GUYS WHO I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WAS THERE WHEN I ARRIVED. HE GAVE MY INFO TO THE SERVICE DUDE WHO TOOK MY CAR BACK AND AFTER ABOUT 30 MINUTES CAME OUT, TOLD ME WHAT THE ISSUE WAS AND SENT ME ON MY WAY. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS THRILLED!!! THESE GUYS REALLY DO CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. I JUST MOVED HERE FROM WYOMING AND TRUST ME, THIS IS WHERE I WILL GO FOR ALL MY MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!

We were on a cross country road trip when we started having car trouble right outside of Denver. We made it to a hotel in Denver and started calling GMC dealers. After explaining our situation and being told by a few other dealers that they couldn't fit us in for a few days (it was the day before a holiday weekend), we were relieved when Grand Buick said they could take a look at it immediately. We had it towed there, and they promptly diagnosed the problem as a dead alternator. Our conversion van needed a specialty part, so they ordered it and had it overnight shipped. They also provided us a free rental car to use until the next day. They did the work first thing the next morning and the van was ready to go by 10:30. Our car works great again and we are back on the road. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we appreciated that they went out of their way to help us. What could have been a disaster in the midst of our trip was taken care of quickly! Special thanks to Scott Suitor and the mechanic Chris - they really went the extra mile!!
